not happy
im very upset with this vacuum. it is very heavy and difficult to push on carpet. now we cant get washed filter to click back in I have canister vac for forty years and that still works and still can get bags and filters from company. after two months with this upright nobody can help with this problem.. Now QVC what do I do with this? Icant afford for anymore repairs . I don't have the box and cant afford shipping. Please tell me what to do.I have been a customer since beginning and never had to give a bad report. I honestly cant say anything good about this product. DISAPPOINTED IN QVC AND ELECTROLUX.

2 heavy;just awful;worst purchase EVER!
That one attachment is useless that claw looking thing.. It is toooo heavy- the hoser fights with you when you pull it out to do edgeing around the baseboards. There is no tool that has a 'soft' edge so that you don't destroy the baseboards. I took cheesecloth and taped it around the claw type tool so I wouldn't scuff the baseboard edge. Way tooooo heavy and it doesn't allow for any clearance to get UNDER furniture and the stretch wand is too stiff and doesn't allow for swivel to get into places. When you bend over to get the stretch wand under furniture it fights you and the whole unit flys back at you! Ordered when my husband was ill and hadn't used it much since his passing. I would never recommend it. Wish I could return it. I just don't know what I will do now.Awful.

Great Vacuum
I run a cleaning business and this is one of the best vacuums I ever used, it picks up dog hair great and everything else. Love my Electrolux. Some of my customers have a Dyson and it spits out crumbs when your vacuuming, this one is great. I would recommend this product to everyone!!!

love this vacuum
I purchased this vacuum a couple of months ago and I love it. It runs so smoothly and it is quieter than the other vacuums i have. It picks up really really well. I love it. You cant beat an electrolux. They are very good vacuums. Thank u electrolux and QVC for this one. U did it again.

AMAZING !!!!
I bought this vacuum a few months ago and I can not believe what it is bringing up from my carpets daily.I used my Oreck first when I got it and when I used my Electrolux I was in shock to say the least.I have a lab and I vacuum twice a week but what I get out of my carpet is unreal.I was very shocked the first time and I am still shocked everytime I empty the canister.I took a picture to show people because no one would believe what comes out of my carpet twice weekly I should hold my head in shame but I am HAPPY to know my carpet is clean..You will not be sorry if u buy this vacuum u will be so happy and your floor will be clean all the way thru to the pad...Thank u QVC again for a wonderfull product...:)

Very disappointed
We should have spent the extra $ and bought another Dyson. It's hard to steer, hard to separate the hand wand from the actual unit, and the dirt canister is small; when you click to empty it most of the dirt is trapped higher up in the unit and has to be dug out with your fingers. We kept it only because we put off returning it...our fault, we didn't want to deal with the hassle of boxing it up and sending it back. For the price, we should have done just that.

NOT A Good Purchase
Had a canister Electrolux vacuum for twenty five years nothing wrong with it
but wanted an upright..............well this vacuum SHOULD NOT have the Electrolux
name on it............It is HEAVY....attachments do NOT WORK.....front of vacuum
does not stay on the carpet it LIFTS UP.........Too bad I don't have the packing WOULD
SEND IT BACK...........and EXPENSIVE non working item to keep........

Dumping after less than two years
Not worth the money. It's heavy and unwieldy. The edge cleaning is terrible and the attachments are useless--they don't work very well, the "crevice" attachment is non-functional. Plus, one of the parts broke. Fortunately, I still have my old Shark (kept in the basement for kids' playroom cleanup), which was cheaper and still works better.

do yourself a favor pass this by ,i bought it to replace my 10 yr old oreck,and guess what the oreck puts it to shame,its heavy,suction stinks and to think i through away a couple of hundred bucks BUY A DYSON OR ORECK,MINE IS IN BULK GARBAGE AFTER A YEAR

Not Living Up To Electrolux Name
So very hard to maneuver. Swivel hard on wrists. Unit hard to push on carpet. Like "bag" vacuums better. Attachments fall off during use. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Nice!!!
I was looking for a new vacuum for years but did not want to take the jump and spend the money. I hated my other cleaner so much I never wanted to use it. I saw it shown as a Today's Special Value and was impressed but did not buy it that day. After thinking about it I took the leap and ordered it. I am so glad I did. I love it so much I find myself vacuuming for fun..which never happened before. It is easy to use and it does a good job. I have a two year old son and this does a great job cleaning up after him..spilled cereals, dirt, and anything else. Very pleased with the purchase!!

Great power
I've had my Nimble for about a month. Power is great. However I have the same complaints as others about the on board tools. They don't stay "on board"..they fall off while you are using the vac. The only other problem I have is that the cord is so long that you are constantly tripping over it. My old vac had a "hook" to clip the hose to keep it out of the way. Also not a particular fan of bagless vacs. I think I liked it better when I just pulled out the bag and didn't get all dusty and grimy dumping it. That said this vac does clean very well and my carpets have never looked better.
