With Root Cyclone technology, the DC25 runs at full suction power all through your vacuuming, giving every surface the same complete clean. My husband's new toy!! Since buying this about three months ago, my husband has taken over vacuuming and absolutely loves this vacuum cleaner. The suction is amazing and it makes easy work out of keeping our home dust- and pet-hair-free. Love it!! 05-13-13

Good, but not perfect! I just got my vacuum and had a hard time figuring out how to put it together. Had to call Dyson, but they helped me quickly. It's kind of heavy, but in my case it rolled well, we have low pile. I went over the carpet and vacummed enough dog hair to make another dog. Didn't even know it was there. Loved the suction and hope it keeps up the suction for a long time as advertised everytime I see a Dyson ad. I loved the button you push to change to the floor. But, I really LOVE the suction. Every vacuum I've ever had had so little suction. This is my first Dyson and if it goes well, I might upgrade to a better Dyson. 05-13-13

So So Vacuum Bought this vacuum when a TSV, was hoping it would meet my expectations. My husband thinks it's great , me not so much. We have cat 05-04-13

Great suction only Needed to update my old vac, thought Dyson and suction, which it has, but to use the hand tools and hose set up, you have to be really strong, the hose does not want to stretch out easily for your reach. Tight and the then the vac jerks behind you, bumping into you or your feet. You'd think a large Co. like Dyson who wants to charge enough for their product would like to remedy this problem, because it's a huge problem, and I'd never buy another Dyson because of it, or recommend it!!!! 04-30-13

Always forever wanted one but....... I wanted a Dyson from day one, I thought I would never own one but QVC made that possible for me. I love the way it cleans and the movement this vacuum has and I really like not having to replace bags and filters but it is very heavy as others stated and hard to steer sometimes, It wants to go its own way. I will continue to use this vacuum but I am no longer the fan I was of this type vacuum. 04-30-13

Sucks great...but... My 10 year old vacuum was ready to go to vacuum heaven. I tried a Shark ....had to return twice and the service was terrible...was without my vacuum for months. So when I saw this on a TSV I was stoked and couldn't wait for it. But even though it cleans super well and has terrific attachments, it is soooooo freakin HEAVY I can't carry it up/down the stairs. I would return it but I can't wrap it to carry it to the post office. So I will get a little car type vacuum to do the stairs with. Not sold on Dyson, but it does have great suction and good cleaning...just not what I expected. If you live in a ranch home with no stairs, this is great for you... 04-12-13

Biggest QVC Purchase Disappointment Purchased the DysonDC25 on easy pay after watching its demonstration several times. I always thought the Dyson was the vacuum to have. I was so disappointed...I thought there was something wrong with me and that I wasn't using it correctly. It's way more work than It is worth! I gave away my shark for this..Yikes! Sorry QVC but I'm returning this one! 04-07-13

Exactly what I wanted I have wanted a Dyson for a long time. I got this at a very special price, I saw the same one at the post exchange and it was 100 dollars more, and I would have had to put it on lawaway instead of easy pay. The suction is amazing. Each time I vaccuum I am amazed at the dirt that is picked up. I have a few cats and a few more kids and it is so great to be able to clean and have it look so nice. I have no problems with the length of the cord. I guess there is an advantage to living in a small home. This is the best vacuum I have owned in the 36 years I have been married. 04-05-13

Not a good use of my money This machine is heavy, awkward and not for me. I bought it to keep downstairs and use my other Dyson upstairs, but you can't go under anything with that big ball on the machine, and I had a terrible time getting the cleaning piece for the floors connected. I have to keep taking that off because the cat fur gets stuck in the brushes. It took me 10 minutes to get it on and about that long to remove it. Much too tedious. I have the Dyson Animal canister which I purchased from QVC. I'll continue to use this for both floors. 04-04-13

I FINALLY GOT MY OWN DYSON!! I'M IN TOTAL LOVE!! I finally got to buy a Dyson of my own after many years of waiting. I purchased it while they had it as there TSV. As soon as I received it I was like a child on Christmas!. I vacuumed my carpets and I was blown away not just by how much it was picking up and the massive amount of DIRT as well!!.. I had a vacuum that is a very well known brand that is suppose to try to mimic this vacuum and it blew my other vacuum out of the ball game.So I didnt even hesitate to give my other vaccum to a family member and I am forever now a Dyson user and lover!!..Thank you QVC for my great price and the easy pay to make it possiable for me to finally have my dream vaccum. Best Suction! I originally Purchased this in red as the TSV. We were replacing a animal Dyson ball that the power/brush roll button was starting to fail after five years. When my new red Dyson came I was so excited I had always wanted one in red. We took it out of the box plugged it in and... same problem right out of the box! We couldn't get over it the brush roll button was defective, it would just turn on and off at it's leisure! I called QVC and they were great they said just to send it back. In the process of sending it back I guess they were out of stock in the yellow color I asked for in the return so I got an e mail stating they were just going to issue a full refund without contacting me to see if I still wanted it in another color. However I called QVC and they ordered me a new one at the original price I paid. The customer service was excellent each time I have called. The new Dyson came and works flawlessly! The suction is like nothing else out there. 04-03-13

Disappointed I had been going back and forth between the Dyson & the Shark Rotator-Lift-Away. These are both great machines with comparable attributes. Reviews on both are excellent. QVC had the Dyson as a special value so I could not resist the price and bought it. What a dissapointment, yes it suctions amazingly, but it is so awkward to use, specially because the hose is way too stiff. I returned it and bought the Shark and OMG, what a difference! It is so much more versatile and easy to use, it suctions just as well & it is not as loud as the Dyson. Best of all, it is half the price. Sorry QVC, this time not a fan. 04-01-13
