Like this product
I like this product because it is pet friendly. Smells nice and lasts for several days. I am using as a preventative. I have used outside as well as inside. Like the inside use but outside doesn't work. Hope it will prevent ants around my kitchen door. We shall see.

Over-powering smell
I really wanted to like this and was excited to get it, but I could smell the cinnamon-y smell before I even opened the box! It was overwhelming, and not in a good way. I opened the box, thinking maybe something had leaked, but nope, everything was completely sealed. I left the box in a room for a few days and just couldn't get past the smell coming from the closed containers and decided that if I were to spray it where I sleep I would not be happy at all. Maybe if it were a citrus smell it'd be ok, but the cinnamon was too much for me.

Sprayer Does Not Work
There is no way I can see if this works or not because the sprayer clogs up after one spray.

Great Product
I really like the pleasant smell of this product and it gives me a peace of mind that I'm keeping my house as pest free as possible with without having to use any harmful chemicals. I have two dogs who sleep on the bed with me so what they potential drag onto the bed is always a huge concern, and this product will help me keep us all healthy and happy.

It does work!
I was happy to see that QVC had such a all natural product to kill these pesty litle bugs. It worked for me! I too live in an rental apartment and I started seeing these little brown bugs not knowing that they were bed bugs. I ordered this product immediately and sprayed it directly on the mattress, box springs, and everywere around my bedroom. I had to use alot over my entire room but it killed them instantly and the smell of cinnamon wasn't bad! I too would have given it a 5 star but the nozzle wasn't very well made but got the job done. Tip: After spraying this product on my matteress & box spring, I steamed it & the carpet with my H2O X5 Steamer and placed my mattress & boxsprings in a bed bug protector to prevent the bugs from getting in again. And periodically spray around the bed every 10-20 days as provention. This spray does work!

Great Spray
I thought bed bugs was a myth until last summer when we found some in our bed. I had tried all kinds of sprays to kill these little bugs but this was the only spray that truly worked. I would use other sprays on the bugs and they would just keep on crawling like nothing happened. But this spray kills them on contact. I would definitely recommend this spray.

Ordering 2nd batch
I ordered this last Summer in case we went to Florida, but we stayed home instead.I used the spray around the front doors as we live near a large lake and we have swarms of, I believe they are called White Flies, but I hit them with the B-B-R and they were gone several days, nothing else worked as well.
As for the smell, we didn't think it was very bad at all. I gave it four stars too as I HATE the spray bottles.after a few sprays they clog, even after hot bath, and won't work again , I think the cinnamon clogs them.HEADS UP in that department and give us better sprayers please.

use in rental property
I have purchased this spray I think this is my third time....I use for preventative since I live in a rental property....I haven't seen anything running around....However, the sprays are terrible on the bottles....each and every time....the sprays seem to fail....this needs to be worked out....I do travel with the small travel size.....I would like to give at least a four but the sprays need to be worked on......

GREAT Product not just for bedbugs...
I only gave this 4 stars because the spray bottle nozzle keeps plugging up on mine and I finally just transferred it to another spray bottle and now it works fabulously! Like the other person mentioned though, you'd better LOVE the smell of Cinnamon because this is Powerful and if you spray it around the house it will burn your eyes and throat for a while. This stuff works great on Fleas, roaches, etc. (we have Giant flying roach things here and it downs them and slows them up enough to where we can catch them and kill them...UGH!), so far I Love this product and am coming back to re-order some more.
I would rather spray this stuff around than the Cedar Oil for fleas etc. because this smells so much better and doesn't burn my nose and throat near as much. Plus its a Lot safer for us and the pets. No Staining either, love this stuff!!! Thanks for carrying it.

Great product
I bought this product to take on vacation for peace of mind. The smell was pleasant but lasted a long time. We were there for 2 nights and you could smell it when we left. We could also smell it down the hall when we got off the elevator. Also the desk clerk could smell it down on the 1st floor. We were on the second floor. I did however have a problem with the sprayers. One did not work and the other one leaked pretty bad when I used. Would buy again for someone going away. My suggestion for this product would be to consider making it odorless.

Bugs gone.
I have tried at least 10 different products over the past year and this is the only one that truly works. Go QVC...
