Wish I had NEVER used this.
Based on the QVC Hostesses saying how much smoother their faces felt and how much smoother makeup went on, I though I would try this groomer. The hair on my face was only peach-fuzz that could only be seen if I turned my face at a certain angle at my makeup mirror and it could not be felt. I used this item and was pleased; that is, until the hair began to grow back. Now I feel the hair and my face is not as smooth as it was before I used this groomer. I hope the hair gets to look and feel like it did prior to using this product. I am afraid now to use it again. Who's to say the hair won't become darker.

Great - at first
This worked great for the first few weeks - then stopped working all together. Poor purchase but too late to return

Doesn't work Properly!
I had this for a while and really meant to return it because it hardly works. I put it aside and forgot about it so I cannot return it now. When I try to use it it just about stops as soon as it touches my skin. I've replaced the batteries multiple times with no success. It stops and starts even with fresh batteries. It's almost like these's a loose wire somewhere inside. Definitely not worth it! Sorry but I should of returned this. I rarely give poor reviews but if there was zero stars for a rating, that what this would of been given!

GARBAGE
AFTER A FEW USAGE IT FELL APART IN MY HAND, AN OF COURSE TO LATE TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND. DON'T BUY IT UNTIL THE FIND A WAY TO MANUFACTER THIS WITH STRONGER MATERIAL.

DISAPPOINTED
This still runs, but it came apart after very little use. I have had it too long to return it.

Worked at first but fell apart
Too bad.....because it worked really well...while it worked. But it was flimsy and fell apart. Too late to send back.

Very poorly made, falls apart when trying to use. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to receiving it. Returned.

If I had read the reviews on this before I bought it I wouldn't have bought it. However I gave it a try and I love it. I don't understand the negative comments. It has worked great for me. I wouldn't recommend this for a gift due to it be a personal item.

Does the Trick
This has been my go-to forever for cleaning up peach fuzz on my upper lip and strays on the outer corners of my brows. I was very pleased with this newer model in terms of performance. I failed to give it 5 stars only because the case is not as sturdy as the one for older models.

HAIR, HAIR GO AWAY!
This is a great, handy product which does a good & painless job in getting rid of annoying facial hair. Love the fabric case and extra items which come with the Forever Free Groomer, but wish the opening of the metal case was a little larger to accommodate the eyebrow attachment. Even so, I'm pleased at the results. Great value QVC!

Great groomer!
I hesitated to buy this since there were so many negative reviews. But, I needed a new one and decided to give it a try. I bought the leopard print and I love it! So far, it works great and I like the light on this one. Helps to see all the fine hair that needs trimming. Hoping it will work this well for a long time.
