Done with WORX!!! Unless they come up with a customer service oriented plan. Try getting your hands on the replacement spool cap covers for these -- no one, including QVC, who carries WORX products offers them, and all indications are that you will wait 3-4 weeks to get them from WORX. I own three WORX products, the trimmer, Jaw Saw and 24V battery operated mower -- but will NEVER purchase another WORX product! 05-28-13
Line is no good The spools are a direct replacement, however the included line is junk. One original line lasted me almost a full season. This line ran out on the second use. Do yourself a favor and rewind the spools using a commercial grade line..It will also cost less than one tenth the price 05-23-13
