It Works for me
Removed a set-in tea stain from a linoleum counter that I had given up on. Also works well on pet stains. I re-ordered.

Save Your Money!
My husband saw this, was excited about it's claim to remove ink stains on leather, so ordered it right away.
Sorry to say, it does not do as it claims...it's going back today! In addition to not taking
the ink stain out, it bleached the front of one of my favorite tops!
I'd say, save your postage costs.

This product is TERRIBLE!
After watching the QVC demonstration I jumped right on purchasing this product to remove an ink cartridge stain on my sofa. They made it look so easy on t.v.
I was so excited when it came in the mail and immediately tried it out.
I got the sponge wet, put a dab of the It Works! cleaner on the sponge, wet it again and put it on the ink stain. It appeared to be working, I was so happy. Set the cushion on a table to dry and the next morning went to put it back on the sofa and the ink stain was back just as dark as ever and the patch around the stain was bleached. My sofa cushion looks worse now then it did before I tried to use this product. This product is truly TERRIBLE!

THE NAME SAYS IT ALL
With 2 senior cats and 2 pups, accidents do happen on my white carpet and I find this works immediately to remove all stains....new or missed, A slight smell evaporates quickly. Do not want to be without again. Have yet to try on clothing stains, but would.

It Works doesn't work
This stain remover has bleach and will ruin your colored clothing. It does not "work", and paying $20.00 plus S&H is pretty expensive for bleach. Am sending it back. Did not remove stain on my countertop....had to use another stain remover.

DID NOTHING
I got this product to get some stains out of my carpet. I carefully followed the directions but, unfortunely the stain still remained. Not even a dent was made by this cleaner to remove the stain. VERY DISAPPOINTED still have to find me a stain cleaner that does what it says.

Not a good product
I used this on a shirt and pants and ended up with white spots. I had to get rid of the cloths Do not buy this remover.

This really works
This is the only product that was able to get make-up stain off a new dress (and believe me, I tried everthing!)

works for me
This really took the stains out that I have used it on. I will reorder it when needed. I haven't used it on colored fabric because of the bleach.

Does not work
Tried this product on salad oil stain and a grass stain. Took the color out of the fabric for the oil stain, and did nothing for the grass stain. Product will be going ASAP.
It does not work at home like it did in the QVC segment.

It didn't Work!
Tried it on blood stains on a sheet, blue jean dye that transferred on to a Kirkwood shaper, soil stains from a plant on my carpet, and make up on the neck of a t-shirt. It didn't work on any of the stains. What does it work on?

worst ever
NO mention of bleach when it was shown on air. I tried it on a top at first on seam looked ok so washed the top . It then took color our of the top in about 6 places. Totally wrecked the top.
QVC makes it look like a dream product but it was a total nightmare as far as I am concerned.
It's going back today and I am out a nice top.
