2nd purchase of this produce
This is me 2nd purchase from this company. The first one leaked everywhere tried to send it back for repairs but it was a couple months out of warranty. They did not have a repair dept. This one I loved, but basicly the same thing is going on. I am sending this one back at my expense, it is only 5 months old. They may fix it or they may not. It is questionable?

So far so good
Makes a slight noise (nothing terrible) on all fan speeds except the highest level where it makes no noise whatsoever. I rarely notice the humidstat moving past 31 pct. - the only time I saw it move is when the window was completely closed and it almost reached 40 pct. The water tank handle feels flimsy and can break if not handled correctly. I like that you can dim out the led display and the mist is pumpng out great. Other than the slight noise on lower fan speeds except the highest and the flimsy feel on the water tank handle, I like this little guy so far....time will tell.

QUIET!
I've had this humidifier for a couple of weeks now and it is performing very well - quiet and clean! I'd give it 5 stars but another model by Air Innovations got 5 stars because it had the dual spout which shoots mist in 2 different directions. Too bad it is not available anymore. It would be a perfect gift for anyone!

Horrible
Don't buy this unless you want a white mineral dust deposited all over your house. Constant dusting of everything is required, and I mean everything. I am completely disgusted and dissatisfied.

Not too sure......
Purchased one of these last year and loved it. My daughter asked for one to help with the dryness in the air when the heat is on so I ordered another to give to her. The new one makes a loud noise when it is running, so much so it is disturbing. So I have mixed review, I love the first one I got, but I wouldn't recommend the second. Sending back for an exchange, hopefully the new one will work quietly as it should! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone because of the mixed reviews here, I think there might be a quality control issue.

Leaks Pretty Bad
Started out good, but then it starting leaking pretty bad. Using it but its sitting in a pan to avoid ruining anymore furniture. I do not recommend this one. There are a lot of other humidifiers out there for less money and leak less. Sorry QVC - this was not a good choice.

Can't Say I Saw Much Difference, High Maintenance
I didn't feel much difference in the air quality in our bedroom. Filtering the water and filling of the unit became a nuisance and it was very heavy for me to lift the 2 gallon container on to it's base. Cleaning is a continual must as mildew ,white dust and precipitates accumulate in just a few days. The ceramic beads in the filter really didn't do much, that I could tell, to prevent this which I read is a common occurrence with many humidifiers. I guess we will just deal with the dry air rather than all of the above

I bought this for my son. Put it in his room next to his bed. The next morning it had leaked all over his dresser. Water was all over the floor. Tried it again in the living room and it did the same thing. Looks like it was very well made. Mine did not work.

A HEALTHY IDEA!!!!
I now own 2 of these Humidifiers & LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! I couldn't ask for anything easier to use, no filters to buy & clean up after, just "Set it & Forget it!!!

Unreliable Product
This worked beautifully the first night. I was thrilled since two previous brands were messy and/or noisy. The second night it stopped misting, even though the display indicated "operating." Since none of the buttons on the panel responded, I unplugged it hoping to reset it. It only beeped when I plugged it back in. No lights, no mist, just beeping. I wasted 30 minutes with Air Innovations as the employee suggested several different steps to get it to work. I finally gave up and returned it as "defective." After rereading the reviews I decided it is a hit or miss product and not worth taking the chance of having to return it - again.
