IT WORKS!!!
My order arrived today and it works just as described! My faucets all look brand new and I have truly hard well water that's been a problem for 60 years! Works good on my stainless steel kitchen sinks, too. Now I'm actually looking around for something to clean. OK screens... yep cleans them, too :-)

Amazing product!!!!!
I inherited my fathers 1950's house with very hard water. He refused to buy a water softener so over the years the tub was ruined with different cleaning products. My fault. It is cast iron so some of the finish came off but where the finish was still ok it did clean it. The green tile with white grout is in good shape but had soap scum and rust stains. I was amazed at how clean it got the tile and cleaned the grout. I did have to use elbow grease and scrub but not like in the past with other cleansers and liquid products. It even got the rust off the tub spout and handles that I hadn't been able to get off. Now I just have to replace the tub. So now what do I do with all those other products? I must have at least a dozen different things. Thanks QVC!!!!

Lots of Potential; Can work Immediately
I read the instructions carefully, because I am always concerned about products leaving stains or removing paint, chrome, etc. So, I sprayed the product on my bathroom faucets and did not leave the product on for very long, like other products. I couldn't believe my eyes! As I sprayed, my chrome was already shining brightly...I thought I was seeing things. We have very hard water and have neglected to really remove buildup from our faucets, so not all the mineral buildup came off, but most of it did. So, I am going to keep at it and do the multiple and frequent applications as suggested. I am also going to go try this on my mom's faucet at her home, as she has complained that nothing removes the buildup. Let's see what happens. I am giving this 4 stars for two reasons, the bottle was open when it arrived and some of the product had spilled in the box. I think the manuf. needs to put a cap on that has a stronger and aluminum-type backing...the one on the bottle looked as if the product had eaten thru it. Also, I DO NOT LIKE THE SCENT OF THE PRODUCT. It is not so bad or strong mixed with water, but it just isn't my preference. A nice clean, citrusy sent would have been preferred.

IT WORKS!!!!!
I TRIED MANY DIFFERENT PRODUCTS TO CLEAN THE BATHTUB BUT NONE OF THEM WORKED. I DECIDED TO TRY THE SCUM BLASTER. THE TUB LOOKS GREAT, IT ACTUALLY HAS A SHINE TO IT!!! I AM SO GLAD I ORDERED THIS ITEM.

Not Good
This didn't remove the soap scum, I also used it on the sink faucets, it didn't work.

great purchase!!!
i saw the deminstration on qvc for removing rust.. when sandy hit my husbands tools were submerged in ocean water and sewer water. they became so rusted that we didnt know what to do, really didnt want to throw them away. i bought this and said why not try what could hurt. OMG! IT WORKS THEY R LIKE BRAND NEW ! could not believe it, he was so happy , now im ordering 2 more this saved alot of money to be thrown away in tools,, please dont stop making this product.. worked on all his hand tools

LOVE THIS PRODUCT
We have used this product for many years and have been unable to purchase in the market place for about a year. Glad to have found it on QVC. Works great. Although may take a little extra scrubbing to get the problem areas clean, but fantastic. Fantastic on dirty grout!!

Does not work as well as Kaboom, which I have been using. Doesn't clean as
well. Odor is way too strong!

I was amazed with this product! This is at the top of the list for my QVC purchases. I'm so pleased with the results, and the amount of product you receive. Thank you for bringing a product that works like it says it does!!!

Bummer!
I was so excited to get this -- moved into a new retirement community and wanted to get the glass shower doors clean. Very bad water spots, so bad that I thought the glass was made that way...I've used the product 6 times on the shower doors and religously dry the doors off after each shower. There is absolutely no change in the spots. I've gone back to my sons idea of using a razor blade -- that's the only thing that seems to work. Sorry QVC, this ones no good!!!!

Awesome!!
While I was in nursing school, cleaning my shower was at the bottom of my to do list, so needless to say...it was pretty scuzzy. I've tried several different products (even straight bleach), but nothing worked. I used this the 1st day we got it and it worked like a charm. My hubby was so impressed with my initial results that he got in to help out and now my shower sparkles!! I've pinned it on Pinterest...LOVE this product!!!!

Big Disappointment
Very disappointed. I purchased this product to remove soap spot residue from my glass shower doors and after following the directions to the letter, it made absolutely no difference. The doors look exactly the same now as they did before using the product.
