Loved How It Worked
First one was great until my husband used and handle broke. Was happy to see an updated version of it and bought it. We can't get the mop head off the pole!! Any suggestions please?

Great Mop!
I'm on my second mop. The first one finally broke where it attached to the head after a few years. My house keeper asked me to replace it because it did such a great job.
I have large industrial mop bucket with a mop wringer but this is so much easier to use this one. Great invention!

Not At All Happy
I made the mistake of not opening this item until afte my 30 days return period expire. It is a useless leaky mess. The mop water leaks out of the bucket everytime. Maybe I received a bad one and I should have tried it before the return period expired. At any rate, I definitely cannot recommend this item. Gonna go back to my big yellow ringer mop.

I love this mop and bucket
Ok the mop handle is not made of steel but it is sturdy and works great. But...what I really love is the bucket spinner..that part works fabulous. I also think the price is very reasonable for what you are getting. With the fuller brush reputation behind this mop and the price you cannot go wrong. Do not hesitate to purchase.

Exceeded My Expectations
I wanted to use the mop for a while before reviewing it due to some of the previous negative reviews. I have used the mop extensively on tile and hardwood floors in my home. I love the spinner in the bucket, the mop can be used fairly wet, or you can spin it almost dry for use on wood. I either use very hot tap water with a little white vinegar or hot water with a little bleach cleaner sprayed on the dirtiest places for the bathroom. I have washed both mop heads in the washer and allowed them to air dry. I am able to mop my painted woodwork as well as the tile and the outside of the toilet when cleaning the bathroom. It is easy to manipulate the mop behind the toilet to get everything very clean. Everything seems to be well made and working properly without any special treatment.

GOOD LUCK Trying to get additional mop heads!
Had and used this for 7 months. Returned it about a month ago. REASON: Unable to obtain ANY replacement items, particularly mop heads.
Gave it one star only because I couldn't give it 'NONE'. Too bad, because the product did work, but I won't keep something when I can't get normal 'wear and tear' replacement parts.
That's kind of like keeping your brand new car when you can't purchase tires or brakes for it. Or keeping a new vacuum when you can't get a filter for it.
Contacted Fuller Brush, and they were of no help. So, back it went, and my American Express card is $50 + dollars happier. And, yes, I did have to escalate my return request 3 levels to get original shipping refunded as well as return shipping and taxes.

Absolutely love this mop. I can't believe others have done a bad rating. My handle has not broken and have used lots. Best mop I have ever owned.

Couldn't Be Happier
After reading other reviews, I really didn't know if this was going to work or not. IT IS GREAT! I am disabled and am always looking for ways to make life easier. I would recommend this mop and bucket to ANYONE.

Great Invention!
Fuller Brush really comes through with making it easy to mop the floor. I really like the fact that I don't have to bend down to wring out the mop. This purchase is worth every penny.

Love it Love it Love it!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I absolutely love this mop. We have all tile in our home and three little dogs. We have been using this mop for a long time and I just ordered two more to keep on hand because I am afraid that one day it will not be available. We ended up giving one to my husband's boss when he was at the house and he loves it to. I give them as gifts and will always have at least two extra at all times. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Love to mop now!
I despised mopping prior to owning this Fuller spinning mop. I took on a job cleaning a feed store business and the floors are horrendous! There is nothing this mop cannot handle. Love it so much I just ordered my mother one for Mother's Day!!
