Confusing!
I bought this last year and still haven't figured it out. The directions on either side of the paper contradict each other. I will probably have to find a child to explain this to me.

Granddaughter Loves It !!!!
Bought this for my 7 yr old granddaughter, She Loves it, and so do I... I even made a Bracelet with it !!!!! It is so easy to use, and the Bracelets are very pretty !!!!

I am so impressed with the quality of this product.
I could stop right there.....
But I wont..... because this companies support from their website knocks it out of the park for me.
Rarely do I see a company committed to the support of customers once they have purchased a product.
There are thorough video tutorials and patterns for you to print. Just wonderful.

Grand Nieces LOVED this gift
I purchased 3 of these kits for my grandnieces who live in Atlanta Dec. 2011, ages 8, 11, 13 for 1 of their Christmas presents. Was not really sure they were enjoying them until they visited me in FL last week. They LOVE the kit and were wearing several bracelets. One of the girls brought her kit and showed me what all was in it. I was IMPRESSED with the quality and quantity of everything included. The 2 older girls said it was one of the best presents ever...which made my day! To see their smiles was worth 2x the cost.I am going to order one for my 6 1/2 yr old granddaughter. Can't wait unitl she can do this by herself....until then, it will be a great project for us to share. Thanks, QVC, for such a wonderful, fun kit! KW

Works great,
I gave this to my daughter for Christmas, she is just now using it. She is 9 years old and loves it. It comes with a nice assortment of string, the colors are really pretty. My daughter says it works great and makes the process of making friendship bracelets easier. She loves it.

Not so great
The string collection was great. The friendship bracelet maker, not so much. My daughter said, "mom, you shouldn't have wasted your money on this thing, its junk and Im going back to using the safety pin and pillow." I wasn't impressed and my 10 year old summed it up nicely.

Great gift for young teens
I gave this bracelet maker to my grand-daughter for Christmas - and she loved it.
This is right up her alley, she loves making things. Just about everybody got one and she even made me one for my ankle. LOVE,LOVE ,LOVE this item.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!
So easy! I purchased this for my 8 yr old for Christmas, and I ended up hogging it myself making friendship bracelets for everyone else!!! We found it to be so easy and relaxing. I customized the colors to my husband's favorite sports team and made one for him, which he loves. My daughter's friends all want one now :)
I did find the bracelet to start twisting as you get further down, but I found scotch tape holds it down as I'm working just fine. Then once I'm completely done with the bracelet, I ironed it to minimize it from twisting up - that's my only complaint, it has a hard time staying straight.

EVERY WHICH WAY A GREAT DEVELOPMENT TOOL
This was a gift for the grandaughter and it is such a plus. It can help with creative artistic skills, then agility to create the bracelet. It is such a plus win item especially for holiday time and keeps the child busy doing things.

GREAT IDEA!
My Mom and Dad got this for me for Christmas and I absolutely ADORE it!! I already had a book about how to make friendship bracelets and it came with a ton of patterns and threads, but it was so hard to make a bracelet because it kept twisting and moving and it was hard to keep track of which thread was which. (I pinned it to our sofa and tried again with it taped to our kitchen table) With The My Friendship Bracelet Maker it COMPLETELY eliminates all the hassle that takes the fun out of making bracelets! It makes it so easy and fun that even my 8yr old sister can do it.(and i'm sure she wouldn't have been able to if the bracelet was pinned to our sofa!) I also went on to My FBM's website and they have so many patterns that it will be impossible for me to get bored with it! :)

ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC PRODUCT!
My 12 year old daughter loves to make bracelets and always made hers the hard way. She'd always anchor the strings down to something so she could braid them, etc. Her supplies were always balled up and disorganized. I bought this item with the intention of giving it to her for Christmas but I'm glad I didn't wait. It is FABULOUS! Everything about making bracelets is so much easier, organized and FUN! She makes them for her friends and takes orders for special designs so this was a huge hit. What I especially love is that if she needs to put the project down she can just pick up where she left off later without having to set everything up again. A very well made product that really does work like the reviews say. I'm a big fan for sure and once I saw how great this item was I ordered the barrette maker for her too and also picked up one for my Goddaughter. I highly recommend!
