RINSE! RINSE! RINSE! They're great!
Good grief! Follow the directions! Rinse these and get rid of the scent! I rinsed in a colander, "dried" in a skillet, added tomato sauce, some cooked meat and some seasoning and it was delicious. Did it taste EXACTLY like pasta? Not to me. But if you're watching carbs, this is the best way I've found to eliminate/reduce them and add bulk to my meal to make it more filling. Even my husband liked this meal and getting him to try ANY new food is rare indeed.

I like NoOodles better. These have a different texture.

Dissapointed
I was very dissapointed in this product, I almost vomited, they truly reminded me of worms, The texture is awful and nothing i added to them helped.

Amazing Pasta Substitute
Was skeptical because of other reviews, but was willing to try them. I eat low carb (lost 91 pounds) and these are just what I have been looking for to curb pasta cravings. You have to drain and rinse, rinse, rinse these noodles to get rid of the fishy smell. After intense rinsing, I put them in a skillet and let them sit out until I'm ready to start dinner. I have used them in shrimp scampi and with a spaghetti meat sauce and they have been wonderful. Chicken alfredo and stir fry are next. Also anxious to try them in a chicken broth as soup. These are a great product for low carb dieters!

Family Favorite
PLEASE follow their directions and rinse well. It does smell like seaweed, but once rinsed, it cooks quickly and easily. We've used a variety of sauces and even tried it with a touch of olive oil and herbs and it was a hit! I love the no calories, but ordered a second time because of the quality and taste.

YUCK, YUCK
I received them today. I opened one bag of noddles and washed them as directed. Omg! They are horrible, I mean horrible. I am sending them back 2morrow.

Yuck, you're kidding me, right?
I was so hoping these would be my pasta loving fix. Not so much. No flavor, odd texture, smells bad. Sent back after one try.

no calorie, low calorie "noodle"!!
Once you get passed the off putting "aroma" of the pre-cooked noodles and the "bouncy" feeling of these compared to regular noodles, these are good! You are saving loads of calories and still able to enjoy having noodles! I am trying to lose weight, but am also eating gluten free (stomach problems) and these are great on both fronts. I found the rice noodle to be the best, also a good choice if you're having a problem with the texture. I don't boil them, I just rinse them off, pat dry, microwave for a minute, then add my other ingredients and heat again.

RUBBER BANDS
Two-month-old fish is the smell you first encounter when opening the package. It does not look appetizing. I made it with a red meat sauce and it is true that the noodles had no flavor of their own. The texture is that of rubber bands.

YUK!
I was axcited to receive these ..but they had a fishy smell when opening. True, it goes away when following directions. They do not have any taste, but what I could not get over was I felt like I was eating SQUID...which I do not like at all,,....a rubery texture! I will not buy again...had to throw out.

YUM!!!!
This was an unexpected surprise! As the other review indicated, just wash the noodles/rice as instructed before consuming. If you do, there is NO smell or odd taste. I received my package yesterday. With the spinach noodles, I added a chicken breast and 1/2C of pasta sauce and it's what I'm eating for lunch as I type this review. If the rice is as good as the noodles, this carb-a-holic may have found my weight-loss answer! :-)
Give this produce a try; I think you'll be glad you did.

Pretty Good!!
The smell coming out of the bag is "gross". However if you follow the directions and prepare it correctly (which takes little time) they are great. Used them in a few recipes and they tasted very good.
