great tenderloins
Made these on the grill and they were perfect. Couldn't ask for anything better, just the right size for the 2 of us. There are 4 pcs per pkg, and they are of nice size. But then this is KC what else can you expect.

Seriously ......
The best meat EVER!! My husband and I don't buy any other meat. When cooked properly, you won't find a better meat. We love to cook them on the grill. No matter what
kind of Kansas City meat we cook, it melts in our mouths.

Kansas city very disappointing
These filet mignons are a disappointment. First issue is that they are not individually wrapped, there are 4 to a package. Since we always add veggies and potatoes and crusty rolls with the meal, do not always want to cook more than what is needed. Secondly this is some of the toughest beef I have ever eaten. Also a lot of gristle. These steaks definitely will not cut with a butter knife! The sirloin heart certified steaks were 100% better.
I have cancelled my auto order for these steaks. I get a better deal and much better quality at my local warehouse store cut to my specifications. I also eat waygu Kobe and bison on a regular basis so I definitely feel that I do know what superior beef is. Unfortunately, it is not Kansas CIty.

Truly Tastes LIke the Finest Filet Mignon
My family loves these. They have wonderful flavor and are easy to cook the way each family member wants their steak. I will definitely order again the next time they offer easy pay!!

I recently tried this product for the first time and found them to be well-trimmed with little waste and the meat was quite tender with good flavor.

MMMMMM Delicious!!!
This are delicious...well worth it!!! Pair these with the Lobster Gram Sea Scallops and you have a meal fit for a king!
