Not what was shown to be fork tender. Some of it was very tender but not more than half. I would not order again.

Great for sandwiches!
These are very good for sandwiches or salads. Great flavor, very tender, and so easy and quick to grill. I've ordered these several times and will continue to do so!

much better than I thought they would be
this was my first Kansas city purchase. I was an Omaha Steak girl.... but these are so flavorful and tender. love the size too... will purchase again...

kansas city steaks are the best ever.
These steaks are awesome they are full of flavor and so easy to cook on the grill.They are perfect for steaks on the grill,steak and cheese subs and awesome for stir fry dishes.The only bad thing about them is when they are gone so I would say buy as many as you can and keep them handy in your freezer thanks QVC for offering such a great steak at such a great deal.PS try the flavored steak burgers they are the BOMB.

LOVE LOVE These Seaks
My husband loves these steaks and I'm so glad there are two boxes in the freezer chest. The weather is getting hot and that means easy cooking. Steak and salad or steakburgers and salad. Thank you QVC an d Kansas City steaks. Best ever.

Nothing Special
I like that they are small (4 oz), and they are lean, but they are no better than what I can get from local butcher. Very overpriced.

surprised
I was disappointed. Product was tender and tasteful, but thought I received tenderloins instead of sirloin steak. My bad for not looking closer at pictures before ordering. Will use in salads or sandwiches.

great steaks
i`m amazed at how big people think a 4oz steak is,it is small its 4 onces,you want bigger get bigger,and yes with it that small it is easy to over cook and be tough,done right its great

Best Mini Steak Ever
I recently purchase my first Kansas City Steak, garlic variety. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm constantly watching my weight. These are easy to prepare either stove top or George Foreman Grill. Caution, do not cook too long and you can't go wrong. Delicious and tender. 4 points on Weight Watchers Program. I'm increasing my order today on auto pay.

Sirloin steaks
I buy a lot of Kansas products but the siirloin steaks are the worst steaks ever. Tough and tasteless. The worsted that they make. Thought the first two were a fluke but they were all horrible. Would never get them again.

Very good
I think the price is justified because there is literally no fat on these steaks. The price per pound is less at the supermarket but from what I see there is always loads of fat to be trimmed - and I hate that job. I got the garlic and herb this time, good flavor, perhaps a touch strong for some. I've had the original and those are good as well. I will be back to try the teriyaki.

Kansas City products ALWAYS GREAT! Exelent flavor texture and product packaging.Prices are reasonable with all of their products. Plus, QVC services are top cabin all the way.
