Isn't it interesting how on ALL of her 5-star cake reviews talks about how moist the cake is, not too sweet the icing is, or how easy the instructions were, or how it comes with a tin. They point out exactly what the BAD posts complain about. Or that they take a cut of the cake, put it in the freezer, and save the rest for a later date. How do so many people say the exact same thing, on every single one of her cakes? This lady plants the good reviews to boost the star rating. These cakes are aweful. How, exactly, do you screw up sugar, flour and butter?

Pass on this one!
I ordered this cake for my brother for his birthday as he loves carrot cake. I was completely embarrassed by the quality. It was dry, had raw carrot shreds in it, and was one of the worst carrot cakes I ever tasted! OVER RATED!!!!!

WAY TOO SWEET!!!
This cake was too sweet for me. Too many layers of frosting. Would prefer more cake than frosting.

TASTY
THE CAKE IS EASY TO REMOVE FROM PACKAGING,. I TOOK THE WRAP DOWN
THE SIDES. I THEN CUT IT FROZEN THE PIECE OR PIECES I WANTED AND
PUT THEM IN THE REFRIGERATOR. THE CAKE IS GREAT.
I LOVE THAT THE CAKE HAS NO NO NUTS. IT REALLY TASTY. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.
THE DIRECTIONS ARE IN THE BOX AND FOLLOW THEM IT IS EASYI

What a disapointment
This cake arrived today. The instructions said to remove all the wrappings and thaw at room temperature. However this cake was completely thawed out. When I tried to remove the wrappings, the icing came off the cake on the sides and the top of the cake.
Also the cake looked nothing like it did on TV or in the picture in the left-let that came with it. Hardly any icing between the layers. I called customer service and got a refund.
I order tons of food from QVC and I still will, but never a Daisy cake again.
This was going to be served at a party this week end. Now it won't.

NO YUM-YUM FACE
THIS FROSTING VERY,VERY SWEET - WHERE IS THE CAKE?????? - BURNT ON THE BOTTOM- THIS PRODUCT IS MAINLY FROSTING- VERY UNHAPPY- MY SON COULD HAVE MADE A CAKE AND IT WOULD BE EATIBLE AND HE IS A TEENAGER.

Not As Expected
I ordered this cake for my husband'sbirthday because carrot cake is one of his favorites. Unfortunately the ratio of cake to frosting wasn't good. Too much frosting which was thick and pasty, and not enough cake. I feel that the frosting needs to be improved to a lighter, fluffier cream cheese frosting. This cake cannot compare to mine. Wish I had baked one for his birthday instead.

Second Time Not A Charm
I ordered this cake for family member for easter. the cake was delicious very moist everyone raved about it. I ordered the cake again in august. the cake was served at a dinner party big mistake. the cake was extremely dry and the fourth layer had no icing! how embarrassing it was to serve a cake like this to guests. it was quite obvious that this cake was not freshly baked, but an old one. a bit of advice, never buy a daisy cake unless it's being advertised on air, this may increase your chance of it being a fresh one. after
apologizing to our guests we threw it out.

Yummy!
This is my very favorite carrot cake. It is absolutely delicious! I have ordered several Daisy Cakes off their website, but this remains my all time favorite. There's only two of us left at home, so I partially thaw and cut it into pieces. Then I refreeze. Whenever we want a special treat, we go to the freezer and get out two pieces, leaving the rest of the cake for another time. Unfortunately, it does not last that long. DELICIOUS!!! Keep up the good work!
