Quite upset with these plants.
I purchased these plants and when they arrived they looked half dead. I immediately fed them and followed the planting instructions to get them in the ground. I kept them watered but they just didn't perk up. They all died. I called Cottage Farms and they replaced them but when the new ones came two of them were stone dead and the other 8 were in fair shape. I planted the 8 right away and so far 4 seem to be doing okay and the other 4 are just hanging in there. I definetely will not be ordering any more. Maybe the 4 good ones will spread enough each year if they survive. Saying that these plants are easy is not true.

sunpatients
I too opened the box to sagging plants. Once planted most perked up but 3 of them did not make it. The problem becomes that I needed all of them to fill in planter spaces and now the planters will not be balanced. Very frustrating.

waste of money
I received the collection and opened them to see very very poor looking flowers. They were very small and very droopy. I watered them and they perked up some and I watered again the next day. I picked all the dead leaves off, but 3 of them did not come back at all. I planted the rest and am hoping for the best.

Got Punched by a SunPatien....
All of my plants arrived looking healthy, but, very small. About 3 weeks ago, I planted them in 1 quart pots to establish a little growth on them before planting in ground and in larger pots. However, only two of the plants have flowers. And, even though they have flowers they appear not to have grown much taller/wider than when I first planted them. None of the other plants appear to be doing anything even though I used "Rootblast" and placed them on a sunny deck. They look healthy, but, just seem to be sitting there. I so hope these plants will take off, but, so far I don't have much faith they will do anything.

Disappointed
I ordered four sets of these plants (a total of 36) and there were only six of them that even looked healthy when they arrived. The soil was moist but most of the leaves were falling off and crinkly. I have not planted them yet and don't have much hope that they will grow when I do get them in the ground. I have been babying them for the past week or so with no apparent change in their condition. I feel like I threw away a lot of money and will not get anything for it. I am so disappointed. I don't think I will ever order plants through the mail again.

Waste of money
A waste of money! I am truly disappointed. So far 5 have died. I will be requesting replacements. They looked so nice on QVC but when they arrived, some were a little dry. I did plant them and watered them with care. I also ordered the Day Lilies, these too are not looking to good.
Never again. I will go to my local nursery. These were not cheap.
Really disappointing.

Wanted to like these
Out of 10 plants 3 have survived. Unfortunately these plants didn't "live" up to my expectations. I was looking forward to the impact they would make in my flower beds.

love these plants
This is the fourth year I have bought them. Went on vacation for a week last year, watered well but when I returned it had been extremely hot. I thought the plants were dead, I watered well and within an hour, they were beautiful again. That sold me for life.

Very Disappointed
When I received the two boxes the plants were awful. Most of them were dead, the tops were broken off, the leaves were dry and falling off the plants. After spending all this money on all the flowers I purchased from Cottage Farms I have nothing to show for. I will never purchase anything from Cottage Farms again.

Sunpatien Collection
I purchased 2 set and I am very disappointed with this purchase. Out of the 2 sets only 5 plants have survived, would not purchase again.

Good if they survive shipping
Sun patients were packaged well but only 4 out of the 10 were anywhere near healthy when they arrived, they were very dry. The other 6 will most likely die. It's too bad this is the. Third year I ordered sun patients. The first year they were bad and were replaced, last year all but two plants flourished throughout the season they were great. Not sure what will happen this year

Luckily QVC has great customer service
The SunPatients arrived very well packed, but all misshapen, mostly dead leaves and growing with the stems bent over into the little pots. Watering them and leaving them in the sun didn't revive them. What a disappointment. Evidently the plants were too tall for the strange packing which must have bent them totally. Last year I bought a collection of SunPatients and only 25% of them did well. Those looked great and made it over the San Diego winter although they are supposed to be annuals. They never reached the size promised though. I had hoped for better luck this year. I got my money back this year.
