Where's the meat?
The ribs they show on QVC must be hand selected to show there is a lot of meat on them. I've ordered them twice and there is no way the same amount in the order I received. I said I would recommend a friend only because of the taste. With all of the negative comments being made, I wonder if Corky's sees this and makes improvements.

NEVER AGAIN
I do have to admit there was hardly any meat on the bones and it was hard. Cooked according to directions for a party and everyone agreed they were tough. Made one container of pulled pork and while thawing all the sauce (which isn't much) leaked out because the container was cracked all over. We were disappointed

Disappointed
Really expected the ribs to be how they looked on TV...was i wrong...mostly bones with very little meat that was dry and not tender but chewy and stringy...
Will not order another product from Corky's again...

Not so good of a deal.
I bought these for Memorial Day. 5 lbs. sounds like a lot but you are also including the bones they tasted ok, I could have done just as good. There just wasn't as much meat on the bones and shown on TV. I was very disappointed when I opened the box. Had I looked when I got them I would have sent them back. My fault and I will make sure I check any food orders in the future. For the price no so good a deal.

Corky's BBQ single portion sized
Don't be fooled by what you see on TV. I was looking for the ribs I saw on TV and these were half racks of ribs. They were tasty, but if you cut the rack of ribs in half like the advertisement, you have to cook each person a serving to make a meal. The Pulled pork was very good.

Expected excellence
Expected excellence, didn't get it. Ribs were okay, but the pulled pork needed more sauce and was on the dry side and I cooked it the bare minimum. Cancelled my auto-delivery.

Finger Licking Good!
My husband and I made these ribs for our Memorial Day weekend barbeques and LOVED THEM!! They were moist, flavorful and just delicious!!! So glad we have these on auto-delivery!! I know what we'll be having at barbeques all summer long!!

NOT HAPPY AT ALL
I am very disappointed with this purchase!!! First off the ribs shown have twice as many as you receive. They show rib racks that are full racks ...you only get half racks. Next...I have been to Corky's and these don't come close to how they taste there. I wish I could return them. I made them for my Memorial Day BBQ and even with 18 people there many were left uneaten. That says it all!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

What happened?
This is the 2nd time I have ordered Corky's Ribs. The first batch were tender and tasty. This time I had to cook them longer than directions and they still were not tender and dry. Definitely not the same quality as before.

Wanted it to be so much more
These ribs are no better than the frozen ribs sold in the stores for under $10.00 a slab. These are not Baby Backs and they have those extra boney pieces in them. Cancelled auto delivery.

DELICIOUS~MEATY - happy dance!
I read some of the reviews but was HAPPILY surprised at the quality of this product! Better ribs than I can make - and convenient. I got my 5 1/2 rib racks - 1 lb packages - and there was enough sauce to make it yummy but really meaty! All I had to do was microwave this and I was in 'summer'.
I like it so well, I upped my 'auto ship by another 30 days! We will see if these last. I think that this is an excellent value especially when shipping is included.
