DEAD, DRY, BROKEN!!!
My Mother lives in Las Vegas! Over the yearsI have ordered many plants and bulbs online! When Cottage Farms introduced this rose tree, I immediately thought....My mother has roses, never any purchased from this company! Having great success with other companies, I thought, OH WELL and ordered it. When the box arrived 7 days after ordering. We found the box intact, however the inside was different story! The roots and bark were extremely dry and spliting! The head of the tree, looked as if it had been crushed! MOST of the entire head was broken off. PLEASE PEOPLE consider and mention Las Vegas in your survival comments! The BOX deserved the SINGLE STAR!!

Beautiful
We just received our tree rose and when we removed it from the box were so please with the quality of the item we had gotten! It actually looks like a bare root that could and should be shown on air. We have ordered several plants from cottage farms but this so far is the best quality plant we have received. The root ball is huge, the top is full of branches some of which are already showing new growth, the trunk is thick and we can't wait to get it planted! We live in zone 6 so we will be planting in a container and will follow up after it blooms but as of now we are very pleased and will remain loyal cottage farms customers! It was well worth the price for us, we definitely received what we paid for.

WOW !
Have you seen the commercial where the lady says, "My house is the place where plants go to die ... " My house is that place. I killed cactus AND air plants. I ordered the red and the pink 2-pack in March 2012. My husband looked at these when I removed them from the box. He said, "Honey, that's a ball of thorny sticks on a tree limb. Are you SURE you want to try these?" Naturally I did and we are all still in shock! I was not able to plant them right away but followed the directions for the situation. Within 1 week of planting there were new shoots. Within 2 weeks, there were buds forming. NOW, they are so full of 1" to 2" blooms, deliciously scented, cascading beautifully, and simply GORGEOUS ! Worth every cent so far. One more thing ... when the pink begins to fade, the bloom is lavender. SPECTACULAR !

Happy I Purchased the Rose Tree
At first I was skeptical, but glad I made the move. Bought this same tree 2 1/2 years ago when I lived in East Tennessee and it did beautifully (planted in the ground). In fact I visited my old house two weeks ago and saw that the tree was still thriving and full of roses. Now that I live in Florida, I worried that it would be too hot here, but the day after I received the tree, it was already sprouting out. I planted it in a large clay pot immediately after it arrived. Have had it for a week now, and it is already leafing out. I'm optimistic that it will do very well here also.

Speedy blooming!
Purchased this cascading tree rose at the end of March. Within a month it had started blooming, and it continues to send out new growth, with clusters of flowers along the 2.5 ft stems, and cascading nicely because of the weight of the blooms. It is already time to deadhead the first set of spent flowers, and the next set of buds are ready to open! I did not think the flowers would last this long in the hot FL sun, but they did! Very pleased with this purchase.

Gorgeous Showstopper In The Making!
When I first received this rose tree it was merely a stick- looked dead. I planted it in front of my office, and it literally took off! My landscaper couldn't believe it!! I have had it now about 2 months- it is full of leaves and beautiful mini- pink roses!! My patients have already begun to comment on how beautiful it is- if it keeps thriving like this, it will truly be a showstopper!!!!

Super Rose Tree
I got basically a large stick with a root ball. I then did a real nice soil mix potted it up and mixed in a dash of rose food. Well it took off like a bolt of lightening. I had a lovely cascade of small roses--very pretty. But that is not all. I just trimmed it back a little bit and put it in my cellar for our long cold Winter. Brought it out about 2 weeks ago and to my suprise it had already started to grow with many new shoots. This season it will be as large or even larger than the photo. This is a great healthy plant and lives up to if not exceeds my expectations. I have had many compliments on the tree--great for the patio.

Beautiful Tree!
I am so pleased with this tree. Last year I bought the pink selection and planted it immediately upon arrival. By summer I had a bunch of new growth and lots of blooms. We have since moved and I couldn't bring myself to leave it behind so I actually dug it up and replanted it at our new house. I'm so glad I did because it already has alot of new growth on it this year and looks just lovely with the weeping branches. Transplanting it didn't bother it one bit. I had to give it just 4 stars though because the blooms and foliage on my tree don't seem to be as dense as the picture. It's still a very pretty tree though. I have since bought the red selection as a gift. Hope that one does just as well as this one.

Looks the same
I planted this rose the next day affter i received it. I planted in a pot with great soil. It has been about 3 weeks and it still looks exactly the same, it has no new growth. I will wzit aa couple more weeks to see if it improves. If not I will give Cottage Farms a call.

Very nice standard tree rose
I ordered two of these weeping pink tree roses. Both came with nice root balls and grafting on the heads. I use organic fertilizers only and my soil is amended with compost builder at the start of spring and fall to improve soil chemistry and soil life. Both of these standards were planted within ten minutes of arriving at my door. It has been just over a week and I am already seeing new growth. As with all tree roses you are caring for two roses in one, the trunk and the head, and it is imperative that they have soil that drains well, good fertilizer specific to roses as well as get plenty of sun. I have purchased Cottage Farm tree roses in the past and they always perform wonderfully. I highly recommend the tree roses from Cottage Farms for gardeners who want a dramatic gardenscape.

Tiny Rose tree
I bought this tree 3 years ago it has not grown any in height, and the blooms have not multiplied. The roses are miniture and it will bloom, but they die very quickly only about one week of beauty to enjoy. I paid $50.00 for this tree and was very disappointed!
