Gotta Have 'Em!
Just finished what was probably our 5th order over the last 3 or so years and, as usual, they were meaty, tender and delicious. With so many complaints about gristle, I wonder if some don't mean cartilage. All ribs have cartilage (which I happen to like!). We have had some fat, but never gristle. As long as QVC continues to carry the same quality ribs, we will keep ordering.

worst purchase ever
I have used these for many years but these ribs were nothing but bone and gristle and very little meat. I love ribs and this was disappointing. Corky's has a great reputation in Memphis, TN. but the ribs that I have received on QVC have not lived up to their promise. I have also written to Corky's web site telling them of my disappointment in there product. I will not be ordering this item again."

I love these ribs they are so easy to prepare and each time I warm them up they are delicious. I have them on auto delivery because I trust the quality.

Corky's Ribs
The first time I ordered these ribs they were absolutely great. The meat was tender without any gristle or fat. They were by far the best ribs we had ever tried. Unfortunately, the second time I ordered these the ribs were very disappointing. There was a lot of gristle (more so than meat) and did not taste anything like the ribs I remember.
As much as we looked forward to these mouth-watering delectable ribs they really missed the mark.
Really not sure what happened here but I hesitate to ever order these again for the price.

When I'm wanting ribs - no matter day or night - I've got em.. It's great to reach & grab ribs anytime the urge hits..

I won't eat any other ribs.
The 1 lb portion size is just right. I have been ordering these ribs for quite some time now and nothing else compares. Thank you for the best ribs ever. Never disappointed.

Where's the Pork?
One never knows what they will get when you thaw out and cook a pack of these BBQ rib racks. I cooked one whole box of ribs and they were nothing but bone and gristle and very little meat. I love ribs and this was greatly disappointing. The next box of ribs had more meat on the bones and was better overall, but still not as good as ribs served in restaurants. Corky's has a high reputation in Memphis, TN. The ribs that I have received on QVC have not lived up to their promise. I have not had one rack that looked like those shown during the live demonstrations on air. The sauce was great. The ribs were easy to cook. I will not be ordering this item again.

THESE ARE GREAT RIBS
My husband and I first tried these ribs at the end of last year, and have found every rack to be of the highest quality. The ribs themselves are tender and meaty, and the sauce is wonderful. I followed the directions and cooked them in the oven--not microwave. We couldn't be happier with these beauties!

Not good
I got these ribs hoping they would fall off the bone like they do on tv. Not even close! Could not rip them apart! Had to use a knife to get all the meat off. The meat is tough and grissly. My husband NEVER wastes food and these went right to the dog. The sauce is GREAT but the meat is horrible. Also it states hickory smoke flavor ADDED. Not thrilled about that either.
