Super Product
I have an older rescue kitty, who was diagnosed with renal failure. Thus she drinks a lot and puts out a lot of urine. I clean her litter box daily and after removing the soiled litter I spray the remaining litter and if I add fresh I also spray that. I use a medium concentration and it works excellent! I live in a small apt. and have to keep the hooded litter box in my front hall closet. I do not smell any odor when I come in, but I have asked friends if they smell an odor and they say that they can't smell one either. I find this product more ecconomical than the already diluted products in the storesnd more effective. I hope Qvc will always keep this product in inventory!!

A must have
This is a must have for any pet owner. You might have to treat area 2 or 3 times but it does work. Would not be without it.

Dog Lovers rescue
I use this product for 2 little adopted min-pins who were not housebroiken when I got them at age 5 years. I keep indoor potties for them for occasional accidents which contain artificial grass. Nothing removed the odor like Pet Safe. I do rinse the grass after letting the product do its job as these little guys lap their feet after they go. I also use the product in their outdoor kennel which has real astro turf. The gentleman at Green Chem was very helpful when I called with questions about the proiduct.

Works
I could give this a 5, or a 3. It does eliminate the odor-5, does it keep it away forever or...say soak into warped wood where pet "liquid" has gone..not sure- 3. I think that as long as the surfaces are solid or if you use it everywhere that liquid has touched, you'll be happy with this product. It's nice that it comes in the concentrate becuase you can either use it as a heavy cleaner or a light cleaner, sprayer works really well. I'd probably buy it again.

good product
I've tried many products to remove cat and dog urine odor. This one is about the best I've tried, and I've tried a lot. It hasn't completely removed the smell, but it's soooo much better. ( I suspect that one of my cats is still peeing on the rug.) I would recommend you try this product, and see for yourself. You can always return it for a refund if you don't like it, but I think you will.

Awesome
I would recommend this product. I have tried so many different sprays, powders and plugins and none of them worked liked this. Not only do I have 2 lab puppies who smell from time to time, but I have 2 children and a husband that play hockey. For those of you who have not experienced the smell of hockey.....it STINKS!! This product takes that smell away. Thank you!!!

Fabulous product!
I just love this product as I have looked for years for something to help cover the odor indoor doggies can leave behind. I have 4 weiner dogs ranging in age from 15 to 2 years of age so sometimes accidents happen to the best of us. This gets rid of the odor once you cleaned up the accident or when you are paper training your companion.
Highly recommend and will be keeping it as a part of my staples to take care of my babies......

Description on air was misleading as to amount
I bought this from an on air presentation where they make a big deal out of saying that it makes 32 quarts of product from the concentrate, so it seems like a really great deal. One problem. If you need to use it full strength - which is for "Pet urine, feces residue, vomit, garbage cans, heavy urine, dumpsters" then you have to use 12 ounces at a time and that gives you about 2 1/2 quarts. Big difference. They certainly did not make that clear. At the 12 ounce concentration it did work nicely on dog urine - and I guess it was heavy because it was from a sick 90 pound dog who has accidents - but it was very expensive to use at that concentration. I wouldn't be complaining if you had to use 4 ounces for a heavy concentration - but 12 ounces is quite a bit to have to use, especially considering the description for the heavy concentration.
So, although it worked pretty well, it didn't work better than other products I have used that are much more reasonably priced. The big difference is that there was no odor when using it which is great for people and pets with odor sensitivities.
I guess if you can use it at the light concentration and make 32 quarts it's a good deal and works as well as most and better than some other brands.

WORKS GREAT!
This product works great, I'm glad I found it. I sprayed in on my litter box and around the toilet (where 3 boys in my house do not aim correctly) and I can't seem to find the source of the odor. An imbarrassment to say the least. Not any more!
This product does not have any odor of its own, which is nice sometimes, but it might have been nice if it had a pleasant odor like the supermarket brand. Also, you will have to spray it again every 3 days or so, as it didn't last in the bathroom, but that's acceptable, but only reason why I gave it four stars.
Don't bother getting the Zero Odor, it smells like clorox and doesn't work.
I had to use this to get rid of the odor of the other product and it worked!!

Impressive
I love this product it does exactly what it was designed to do. If you have an old stain let it sit for a while for best results. I highly recommend this product!!!

Pleasantly Surprised
I've tried and been disappointed by a number of other products so I wasn't going to get to excited about this one. I was pleasantly surprised that this product really worked. I have three cats one of them is older and she doesn't always make it to the kitty box on time. I mixed it for the strongest formula, it took the odor out of my carpet. I used it on the trash can, bingo stink gone. I used it around my aquariums and also around the cat boxes etc. I'm so glad I found this product and will definitely be reordering when the time comes.

Wonderful results - WOW!
Old stains, new stains, perfect results every time! I don't understand what these folks who rate this less than 5 stars are complaining about. If you mix it as instructed you will get the results it promises!
