somewhat disappointed
I have a Yorkie/Shih Tzu mix puppy. She is very tiny and a picky eater. I am concerned about her getting the proper nutrition. I did not watch the presentation of this product on television but I was disappointed to find that the canned food food is not puppy food but the regular Halo dog food. My puppy is not fond of dry food and was not eating enough of the food I had. I had hoped she would like the Halo. I mix some of the dry food into the canned food so she gets some puppy food. She likes some of the canned food but not all of them. Clearly she likes the canned better than the dry. I am still concerned about her getting the proper amount of nutrition since she is not eating enough of the dry puppy food to get the amount she needs so I am not sure I will continue feeding her this brand. I may switch to a brand that makes puppy food for small breed dogs.

WE LOVE IT!!!!!
We have a cavachon who developed allergies and would scratch constantly around his nose and eyes we tried some other high end dog foods and nothing seemed to ease his allergy so we decided to try halo within a couple of days the scratching stopped and he licks the bowl clean! We have not tried the treats yet but are excited to order them next time. Thank you Halo and thanks qvc for loving our pets as much as we do.

My Cat's Liked The Stew Only
While this food looked great when I opened the can my cats sniffed at it, licked it, and walked away. They have eaten only dry food their whole lives. They do like the stew but will not eat the Snacks or the Canned Food.

A+ Puppy Food!
Finally, the search is over! I have found a food that my puppy actually loves to eat! Wish you would order the wet food in the small cans! Just a suggestion. Love it!

Great Product
Lucy (6 month old chihuahua) loves all the Halo puppy products. Before Halo I had to hand feed her just to make sure she maintained her proper weight. Thank you from one animal lover to another

Super way to try before you buy
Saw Ellen's segment on QVC and had been wanting to go a healthier route with my new puppy's diet. I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that was started on an expensive/well thought of dog food line. He was a picky eater at best. I've also been warned about feeding wet food. Ordered the puppy sampler - at that price, it is worth a try. The kibble is small (good for little mouths) and the treats were a big hit. Mixed the wet food in with a little kibble on the weekends and my puppy went wild. No tummy upsets or 'accidents'. I've been mixing in a small amt of Dream Coat with dry kibble on weekdays - it's a bit early to tell what effect it's having. I just placed my second order and will investigate the auto delivery option. Give it a try!

Excellent Product
I purchased this product for my 8 month old puppy. He has a sensitive stomach and is very picky about food. I've been trying to get him to eat another brand of natural dog food but he would just pick at the food. He is eating the HALO with no problem and his stomach is doing very well. Thanks for the great food!

Finally a dog food my dog will eat !!
My dog is a terrier beagle mix and will be 2 in february. I got her when she was only a baby (12 weeks old) and I have had a horrible time with her feedings as she doesn't like any dog food (wet or dry). It has been very frustrating as I have to mix people food to get her to eat dog food which I know is wrong but I was afraid not too. I received this an hour ago and put 1/2 cup of the dry mix in her bowl thinking this won't work and she ate it immediately and cried for more. I am so excited. You have no idea how this relieves me as I had no idea what to do for her. I AM SO HAPPY!!! I just hope that it keeps working. Thank you Ellen and QVC

Great food
My very picky Japanese Chin puppy has finally found a dry food she likes. I was feeding her a more expensive brand for "picky eaters" that she would not eat. I like that it is made of quality materials and made in the USA. My kitten actually loves it more than the dog. I plan to buy the cat some of his own soon as well. The wet food looks like people food, and the dog can't eat it fast enough. Highly recommend.
