Worst purchase ever! Purchased this product over a year ago and it has never worked right. Today I took it out & it wouldn't work at all. A total waste of $$$$ 06-03-12

Not recommending it When the unit is ready, the red light is supposed to come (green light prior to that). It didn't. I unplugged it, waited a while, & tried again. It did come on, so I tried to use it in the shower. The attachment came flying off (maybe I didn't have it anchored right, but if it's that hard to get on, then...................And I tried to reattach it a few times). I left the attachment off & tried to use it that way. The steam came out ok, but didn't clean the way I'd thought it would & the steam was all evaporated within a few minutes. So I wonder how many times would I have had to stop & fill up the tank to get the job done. 04-12-12
