Poor Quality Control
One of the zip lock bags was not closed and this
resulted in the crocutes coming in direct contact with
the dry ice - immediate freezer burn. Also note I said
zip lock bags. I paced large order of frozen food to
restock my freezer and NOTHING was vacuum sealed
in meal sized portions (unlike bulk frozen foods from
Amazon.com.) I love qvc for most things and their
customer service is great BUT no more frozen food
for me!

VERY GOOD AND DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE
I live in Seattle where S***bucks coffee shops and wonderful salmon are around every corner. I admit that I am too embarrassed to tell my friends that I ordered salmon from OVC. They would never let me live it down! Living in Seattle for the past 22 years, I am a bit of snob and purist when it comes to salmon. I'm not one to put anything on my salmon that would detract from the flavor. I decided to try this as something different from what I could find here locally while, at the same time, hoping the herbed cream cheese filling would not be overpowering. To my surprise, this salmon is very, very good. It is has a nice, subtile flavor and not fishy at all. However, the filling is somewhat dry and not very creamy. I definitely recommend this salmon and plan to reorder it...I just won't tell my friends! lol Enjoy it---I did.

The flaky crust and cream cheese really enhances the flavor. I will definitely buy this again. They should offer this with more fish choices, like cod or halibut.

very fishy tasting
they came in a baggie not even packed well. Cooked as directed and on time just could not get by the fishy taste would not order again

Makes My Mouth Water!
I bought the Salmon en Croute a year ago and just found them in one of my freezers. They are OUTSTANDING! The salmon is so moist and the filling is just right. I cooked them in my toaster oven and they did just fine. My cats were on the floor pawing at my leg everytime I ate one.

Salmon is good for you....
....but unfortunately I don't like salmon. These are very good. I bake one, cut it in half and have two meals from it. These Croute make salmon palatable for me. I also like the tilapia and salmon package. Thank you QVC for bringing these two tasty products for our health.

SO DELICIOUS!!!
I can't believe how delicious these are. I heated them up in the oven as per directions they came out perfect! The crust was so flakey and yummy. I'm back to order more!
