Don't Do It!
I bought this set in Jan of 2013. I was fooled by the power sander. This cookware does scratch: deep scratches. Deep scratches on the first day of use. The outside of the cookware is covered in a finish that stains and is near impossible to keep clean. I was going to return the set but figured they were at least as good as the cheap sets you can buy in a discount store, so I kept them, but they are not. I wouldn't mind the scratches if I could at least clean them, but no, so don't do it! I guess I'm spoiled by a set of Stainless Steel pans I bought from the other shopping network 15 years ago. They look new. The only feature I like about this set is the Glass Press.

Still on the fence
I love the non stick of these pans, but this is my third set (first two the non stick surface came off). Lucky for me qvc has replaced them each time. I have the copper color so I'm not sure if its that color that is having this problem. Hopefully this set will work because they are great to cook with.

Not what expected
I was so excited to get these pans. It had been years since I purchased any. Not happy. They say it's ok to use metal. Lies lies lies. I totally scratched the heck out of my large skillet. Then I only uses plastic utensils. Still scratched. Very disappointed. Will not be buying from the company again.

unfortunate choice
Was excited to receive this product. Within one month the pans were completely scratched. I would not recommend this purchase to anyone

Good Set......however
Finally ordered this set in January after viewing a few times. The color (eggplant) is beautiful. Each piece is easy to manage weight wise; however, I have an electric stove and all the pieces slide across the rings easily, which could be a major problem if not watched carefully. I'm not sure if this is why -- cold pan to warm stove? -- but my 2 qt pan has now warped and I can't get the lid on! The last thing I made two nights ago was gravy. And I did store it in the fridge, after I let it cool down.. Either that, or my b/f dropped It when he was doing the dishes.....lolol
I would like to see the colors in open stock, I'd like the pan with the steamer insert!

Underwhelming Overall
Smallest fry pan won't lay flat as the handle is too heavy for the pan. Feels thin (compared to other hard anoodized I have from a popular brand. Non-stick surface IS good, though, and cleans easily --- but that's not enough to recommend this set -- you can get good ceramic non-stick with other brands.

Not so good
I bought these about 2 months ago. I haven't even finished paying them off on the easy-pay plan, and some of them are already scratched. I don't use metal on them and only hand wash. Even the outside is scratched. If they were not so expensive to pack up and return, I would have done so. Feel like I will be replacing them sooner rather than later. Just wish QVC would read and respond to some of these reviews. Guess we will not see many of these featured on air. Too bad, I liked the look of them.

Not Great
I have older pots and pans that I bought from QVC and these are no comparison. These new technique are light and are already pitted and scratched. They don't look like they are only less than 2 months old. Would not recommend as a purchase if you expect them to last a long time.

Scratches Easily!
I do like the pans somewhat. The non-stick is very good and the handles are great, but I have only used plastic, rubber, and wood utensils and they are scratched horribly! Non-stick is peeling in places. I showed it to my husband and he actually made a significant scratch with only his fingernail! I only handwash, do not own a dishwasher, and I do not see this set lasting very long. I like the sizes and shapes of the pans and the lids are great. Other than the scratches, they are wonderful. I am past the 30 day return as well or I would have sent them back. If you have these or are considering them, be careful when stirring and DO NOT USE METAL UTENSILS! I would not recommend putting them in the dishwasher either.

but after hand washing and only using wood or silicone spoons i was
Very disappointed after one use when i noticed
the everyday pan had a chip ..Another piece had scratch marks from
the wooden spoon and a third piece
the inside of the pan felt really weird
(rough to the touch)
I sent that set back thinking i had a defective set only to get the next set and have the same issue .
Having said that........ i will say i LOVE the pieces in this set and my two friends that ordered the same day
but received in green haven't experienced any problems
If your on the fence give it a try but maybe not in blue?

Unfortunate
My husband and I were so excited to receive this cookware as we love to cook together. The cookware cooks wonderfully, but it is NOT metal utensil safe as advertised. Ours is only a month old and has terrible scratches where we attempted using metal. If you purchase Technique only use the non metal cooking utensils or you will damage the cookware. That was an unfortunate misrepresentation of the cookware's strength and durability.
