Excellent I was hoping when I bought this Vitamix I didn't make a mistake by not buy the one with 12 speeds. The 2 speeds are amazing. I'm happy I purchased this. I just need a larger container now!!! 05-22-13

Whole family loves! Love the power and ease! Use almost daily. Had pricey blender already that got the job done but I was the only one using it. Husband and kids love Vitamix because there are no locking mechanisms. Do your homework tho, if you don't need the dry container you can pay less getting a single container Vitamix. 05-17-13

Best QVC Purchase Ever We almost didn't buy because of the price, but so glad that we did, we have had for three months now, and it has literally replaced all of the other appliances in my kitchen, I use almost every day for smoothies, milk shakes, cake mixes, salsa, everything tastes better when it is fresh. This is the most amazing machine ever, don't hesitate, if you can buy it! 05-11-13

LOVE IT!!! After hearing about the Vitamix, I knew I had to have it. It took me three months to convince my husband, but in the end he said okay. The first day I had it I made a smoothie.... IT ONLY TOOK 4 SECONDS!!!~~ I use it every day now. 05-09-13

Very disappointed I'm really disappointed as I expected this to be the answer to most common blending . I think the H.Power is not sufficient or ?? as the second time I used it ( Cake batter ) there was a distinct odor of hot wiring , it still works but smells of wiring during use . I would not use this particular model again . I'm returning it and will replace with a variable speed that has a greater H.P. and amperage. 05-06-13

Just OK I bought this with great expectations ! But did not turn out like I thought it would. It was very loud and when I turned it on making smoothies it smelled very hot, and I did just as the book said to do and tried it different times. I returned this item. I was very disappointed, I expected more for the money ! 05-03-13

Wish it was quiter We've been using our Vitamix for a couple of weeks now and we LOVE it! So far, all we have used it for are smoothies and frozen desserts. We have not used the dry container yet. I would use it for soups, but the blender is way too loud to be running for 20 minutes. This is also the reason I only gave it 4 stars- for the price I would expect it to be less painful on the ears. 05-03-13

Does its job........ The jury is still out on this machine. This is my second time trying one. The dry mix container peaked my interest In trying it again. The machine is very loud..I wonder if the price is worth how much I will actually use it? I will give it a few more days before making decision to return it. Maybe, I should have gotten a different model. I do like the turquoise color! Plus the container does not sit as snuggly as I would like it to on the base. I do like the cookbook that was included, more everyday recipes should be included. 04-28-13

Get one now!! I got this one week ago and I have used it everyday! It works just as described. I have made a fruit and veggie smoothie everyday for breakfast. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but I'm looking forward to trying some. Mine is brown and it looks great in my kitchen. Clean up is as easy as putting warm water and a drop of dish washing liquid in it and turning it on. I only wish I had bought it when it was a TSV and saved a few more dollars. I love using the easy pay. 04-24-13

Beautiful and Functional in the Kitchen Love this in the turquoise...love the way it works and love the way it looks! With the smaller container, this is perfect for days when it's just me and hubby and we want healthy smoothies! I also grate parmesan cheese in this, make my own bread crumbs, and whip my own cream whip topping (no more worrying about chemicals in the store-bought whip cream!)! Vitamix does it all and with ease! I'd say it blows away the competition, but there is no competition! It does what they say it does during the presentations...pulverizes to make the smoothest, creamiest smoothies ever. Hello healthy alternatives for snacking! Wish I had this when my kids were babies, but so glad I have it now! Take advantage of the easy pay, and enjoy...it's totally worth it! 04-23-13
