GREAT PRODUCT TO HAVE IN THE PANTRY! Since tomatoes are not in season yet I decided to try the recipe located on salsa mix jar with canned petite diced tomatoes. I made only 1/3 of the recipe using one can petite deciced tomatoes, 1 Tbsp. vinegar and 1 heaping Tbsp. of salsa spice mix. (MIX WELL BEFORE MEASURING) . After it was cooked and chilled, I added fresh chopped green onions, a little lime juice and chopped fresh jalapenos. When you run out of salsa, you can make this faster than a trip to the super market! However I can't wait to try this product with fresh local home grown tomatoes! 05-16-12
