On The Fence I really like the look of the sleek design of the knife holder. I do not understand how this works. The instructions are very unclear. The directions state to pull the plug when not in use but doesn't say when or how often you should turn on the purifying system. I just house the unit on my counter and do not use the purifying system! 05-27-13
