This is our second Masterbuilt. My husband gave the first one to our son because he loves cooking so much.
My hubby's new hobby is cooking awesome food in this smoker. It brings him pleasure every time he creates a new meal for us.
The smoker is well built, easy to use and takes up little space.
Well worth every cent.

Great customer service
This beats charcoal fired smokers hands down. Have done pork ribs, shoulder, and beef brisket. Everyone is impressed. So easy.
Assembly is straight forward. Door did not seal properly after adjusting latch as advised in manual. After just one email, and one phone call, replacement door is on the way.
Did not miss constant fiddling with vents, and adding charcoal. Armchair cooking at its finest..

LOVE IT!!
I almost didnt order this because of the negative reviews I read. I am so happy I did not listen to those. This has been the best thing I have ever bought. The food is outstanding. Make sure to read directions because I think that is where people have their issues. This is extremely easy to use, easy to clean and it makes cooking very easy. Our food has been outstanding. My son even eats the meat and looks forward to it and before he wasnt big on meat. We have used it every day almost since we ordered it almost a month ago. I read reviews about problems with trays not fitting and truthfully after dealing with mine I just think that people are not putting them in properly which can happen if you just try to shove them in. So if you are thinking of ordering this do it. You will be happy you did.

Excellent product!!!!
I bought this smoker for my husband and we absolutely LOVE it! We've had it for a few weeks now and haven't had any issues with it. It was very easy to assemble and the remote control is awesome. We smoked some babyback ribs and a roast wrapped in bacon and they were wonderful. We are extremely satisfied with this purchase. Thanks QVC!!!

Quality control is not good.
I received my smoker today, got it all put together and plugged it in to make sure it worked. Nothing! I wasn't sure, but this may have already been a dud and I got it.
I looked at the bottom of the smoker and there is a short, sharp, pipe sticking out and I looked at the cord and it had nearly been cut in half! I noticed when I opened the box that the the cord was NOT protected at all and was just sort of dangling inside the box. I'm pretty sure that short pipe cut the cord! This thing is heavy and now I have to pack it all up, ship it back and get another one. I can't recommend this smoker yet, as I haven't had a chance to try it. I wanted it for Easter, so I hope the 2nd one will be okay.

Questionable Quality
Product was slow to heat up but eventually reached operating temp. Worked fine the first time but would not heat up again. Called manufacturer and described symptoms and they sent me a new electronic control system. Unit still would not heat to temp. Finally just returned for refund.

Very satisfied
I have been a long time wood fired smoker. My wife "encouraged" me to check out the electric. While it is very different in it's concept,with a new learning curve; we are both quite happy with the purchase. Got it 4 days ago, have already done 3 racks of ribs with sausage, two chickens, and then 3 racks of ribs again along with sausage. It works well, has many advantages over wood fired and it a great appliance for the home smoker. I may not go back to wood fired! Moist tasty and less complicated, the remote control allows me to do other things, Very Satisfied and QVC delivers a good deal AS WELL!

GREAT GIFT
My son and I bought this for my husband for Christmas and what a wonderful gift. He already had a propane smoker but this one is so much better. However, the digital control module on top did not work. All we had to do was call Masterbuilt and they shipped him a new one within a week or so. That one did work. He loves this smoker and the only problem he has had with it was with water and juices leaking from the bottom alot. Not sure what to do about that but we may have to call Masterbuilt again. Highly recommend this and QVC price could not be beat. We checked everywhere and QVC beat all the others.

Lazy Man's Smoker
This is my second Masterbilt smoker I love the remote control keeps me from freezing or roasting outside just to check the temperature of what I am smoker. it is a great product. I gave my old one to my parents and it was 4 years old and is still smoking great foods.

Should Have Done It Sooner
1st. I got it 5 days before qvc said I would. Good job qvc.
2nd. This thing is great. I did ribs first. I could not be happier. Next was salmon and iv never had salmon so good. I mean it. Today I'm doing a pork butt. I just can't stop smoking. The food is moist and flavorful. It puts out good smoke. I love the remote. It keeps the temp well. It's completely insulated so the unit is cold to the touch outside while cooking on the inside. I'm impressed.

Unable to review!?
I would love to be able to review this item but it didn't come with any of the screws to put it together. We are still waiting for Masterbuilt to send them in the mail. From other reviews looks like this is an issue that needs to be addressed. Hopefully I will be able to update this when I get to use it.
