.Cooking surface peels off
I am so disappointed in this pan. I bought it in May 2012. The surface started peeling by August. I still used it but now bits of the surface are getting into my food and the aluminum is showing through. Not Good. Also I always had to use oil spray on the pan or the food would stick. The size and style are great but the quality is terrible.

LOVING THIS PAN!!!
1ST, I HAVE TO SAY, INTERESTING REVIEWS??? I BOUGHT THE 14" & THE 12*, & HAVE USED BOTH ABOUT 1/2 DOZEN TIMES, WITH FANTASTIC RESULTS. I DID NOT USE HEAT ANY HIGHER THAN MEDIUM TO MED. HIGH FOR A SHORT TIME, BUT HAD GREAT RESULTS... I DID USE A SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL, ALL TIMES I USED THE PANS & THE SEARING WAS EXCELLENT, COOKING EASY & RESULTS JUST AS I HOPED FOR. CLEAN UP WAS A BREEZE!!! A SWIPE OF A PAPER TOWEL, THEN A QUICK RINSE WITH SOAP & WATER. I EITHER HAPPENED TO GET 2 FANTASTIC PANS, OR POSSIBLY THE FUTURE WILL NOT TURN OUT WELL, BUT I REALLY DOUBT IT... I COOK CONSTANTLY, & THESE PANS FIT THE BILL, AS DESCRIBED. I AM AMAZED AT THE EASE OF USE & CLEAN-UP. I WILL, HOWEVER, AS TIME GOES ON, UPDATE ON THE DURABILITY. Q.V.C. HAS ALWAYS STOOD BY ANY PRODUCT I HAVE PURCHASED, SOOOOO BUY ONE, OR TWO!!! I'M LOOKING TO EXPAND MY SET NOW...

Already Becoming Trash
Love the size and handles of this pan and am happy with the way it has performed when cooking.....BUT after only about five uses, the outside finish has fallen off in chunks...aren't items quality tested before being offered? .am angry that this was sold to me...disappointing products like this are eroding my confidence in shopping with QVC.

LOVE THIS PAN
We originally purchased this pan because of it's size and I am so glad that we did.
We did not need oil but we did use butter for the flavor factor. The pan can actually be wiped clean but I just used warm water with a little soap and presto, it was ready for storage. We used it on a ceramic cook top so we had to take care not to put it on a cool burner when we were finished using it. No problem, we just moved it to the countertop. As far as the heat, we only used medium heat because there was no need to turn it up to high. I really do like this pan.

not impressed
I like the size of the pan, that's the only good thing I can say about it. The outside paint flakes off in chunks. QVC prides itself on quality, this pan is a disappointment.

The most awesome pan ever
I bought this pan months ago when they were demonstrating it on air - it looked so wonderful I couldn't resist. Unfortunately it arrived at the same time that things got overwhelming at home and it was weeks before I even opened the box. The pan is AWESOME. I bought it specifically to make eggs without butter or oil and it did EXACTLY what it said it would. I scrambled two eggs, poured them into the pan, waited for them to set, added the cheese, and with NO OIL OR BUTTER at all I was able to make my super thin layered omelet with no sticking whatsoever. Even my Technique pans (that I love and can use metal utensils in) don't work this well. I plan to order more me and more as gifts for friends and family!

Very Disappointed
I agree with the other reviews. This pan (and others in the Earthpan set) do not measure up to the demonstration. I just threw away another pan yesterday after frying an egg for my son and getting bits of the surface stuck to the egg!!!! Yuck! Don't waste your money, you'll just throw the pan away!!!!

Not As Expected
Over the years I've purchased numerous items from QVC and for the most part all were as portrayed but this item was the worst item I've ever bought from QVC, out of the box cleaning it off using as instructed my Fish then my Steak both stuck Terribly, pan was hard to get clean,This item is highly overrated.

Disappointed!
I had high hopes for this pan. Loved the idea that no oil or cooking spray was needed when using this pan. I thought it would offer a healthy alternative for preparing food. I read the instructions included with the pan and followed them closely, cooked on a lower heat, didn't leave the pan unattended on the stove, etc., but my chicken stuck to the pan anyway, and the pan was not easy to clean. When I finally managed to get the pan clean by hand (not dishwasher safe according to instructions), the pan was stained on the bottom after the first use. This pan is highly over rated and not worth the money in my opinion. My stainless 500 cookware is superior to this pan!
