Great cooking pan
I cooked pork chops in my new pan and they were absolutly great. I don't like to cook but I had to buy a new stove so I wanted this pan to hopefully inspire me to cook more.
The clean up was wonderful. I am anxious to learn more ideas to cook in this neat
pan. I love breakfast foods so think it will be ideal for that. I'm really glad I ordered it as

Would not recommend purchase of this pan.
I have had this pan about five months. In the beginning it was wonderful but I cannot use it now. Everything sticks to this pan and there is a spot that the coating chipped off down to bare metal. I have never used any sprays on the pan and only hand washed with a non-abrasive sponge made for non-stick coatings. I am very disappointed in this product.

seasoning pan (12")
followed instructions for seasoning pan. It got gummy and took days to get stuff out. I washed pan by hand, no scrubbing, now eggplant coloring is flaking off inside and bottom. about ready to throw out. Afraid to use larger pan

Beautiful pan, looks great and even cooked great the few times I used it. Unfortunately it scratches badly. I only used wood utensils and it still scratched the coating off the bottom. It was a waste of my money. Off to the garbage.

Terrible pan
Steak stuck to it the first time I used it and would never wash clean. Scratched the third time all the way down to the metal. Terrible product, coating is really bad

I love this pan I fryed fish in it and used very little oil. I can't eat fryed food . But with this pan I have no problem frying again. Love it. I have two of them.

The pan is a great pan and it does require a little butter or oil to prevent sticking. i browned pork chops in a little butter and they browned prefectly. i love the blue, very deep amd pretty. I rated it 4 stars because it isnt a total non stick pan but still a great pan

Used Properly It Works Well, But Use Oil Or Butter
I have tried dozens of supposed non-stick pans, and as for those of you who have gone through just as many know, none of them are totally non-stick. This one, however comes pretty close. Do not be fooled by believing that you can cook anything without using olive oil or butter - it isn't so. I made an omelet this morning without using anything [oil or butter] - the eggs did stick more than slightly and clean up did require more than just a wipe. I had to use a sponge and warm water for more than a minute to get the pan clean. The second time we used a very small amount of butter. The eggs turned out perfectly and nothing stuck. Clean up was simple - just a wipe with a damp paper towel. Tonight we made pork chops without using any oil and the chops did stick to the pan. We made a second batch using a small amount of olive oil and the chops cooked beautifully and did not stick. Clean up was easy with a damp sponge and a bit of dish liquid. Point is - the pan works well, but don't expect it to be non-stick without using olive oil or butter - you will be disappointed if you cook anything without them.
