Never Again Chips burn fast, brisket turned out DRY poor quality. 06-27-12

Disappointed! I had the first masterbuilt of these and loved it from first time I used. This appears to be the same and works the same, except they changed the amount/how wood chips are added and although mine heats fine - won't smoke and have to keep adding chips to do a brisket - old one just left and forgot. Also, the door seals do not seem to be on properly. Unfortunately the old one only lasted 3 years and then quit heating only using it in the summers although alot, this was the replacement and returning it. 06-24-12

GREAT SMOKER This is the best smoker I have ever owned. The temp. get up to 225 F with out any problem, the size is perfect, the recipes are great just need more maybe a cook book with lots of smoker recipes soon. Place all of the dirty sticky racks in my dishwash and all came clean. THIS SMOKER WORKS GREAT, THIS IS A GREAT PRICE FOR ALL YOU GET. I JUST CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS GREAT PRICE AND HOW GRAET IT WORKS. THANK YOU QVC AND CAJUN INJECTOR. MS. SMOKING 06-04-12
