Great Little Pan!!!
I purchased these pans before and liked them so much, I came back for two (2) more since they are on clearence. They are great for making saute's, egss, just about anything a big pan can do but better!! They are not heavy (I have arthritis in my hands) they are perfect!!!!

love this pan. it cooks evenly and great non stick easy clean up.wish they would make the handle silicone over the whole handle.the only reason i give this a 4 star is the handle if u are not careful will burn your hand if u touch the metal part.

Wonder Pan
This pan is excellent for everything;(hence "everything pan") I ordered this pan and since receiving it;I haven't had the need to use any other pan. It sits on my stove in the place of honor. I use it for sauteing, frying and also in the oven. Would recommend it to everyone
The quality is excellent, The price is reasonable. I have ordered many sets of cookware and individual pans;but never received one that I enjoy using as much as this one.

Best Pan
I love this pan in the oven, out of the oven. I keep it on my stove top all the time. It is definitely one of my go to pans. Please, please make other pieces in this.

I don't have to use butter or oil anymore when cooking eggs and pancakes! We love thin pan and I've requested more for my Birthday!!

THE GREATEST EVERYDAY PAN EVER
This pan is so versatile that I keep it on my stove every day. Nothing sticks and cleans easily. The only thing that is lacking is a lid. I love Technique products!!!!

Very Nice
If you are one person alone looking for some reliable cookware, it is really nice. The outside takes a beating as well. A really nice piece of cookware. I am a bit tough on my cookware and it has held up nicely. I highly recommend this.

Good all purpose small pan
I would have given it a 5 star if it had been hard anodized! But looks like Technique is phasing out hard anodized - BOO! This pan is very light weight compared to the Technique hard anodized I have. So as long as I keep the heat low and slow it is fine. Great for cooking scrambled eggs. I happened to have a lid from another Technique set that fits this pan too. Made great baked pork chops, brown on stove and straight into the oven. I had a 12" square Technique hard anodized that I used almost every day for over 4 years. I sent in to QVC for a replacement and they are no longer making that pan - figures! So they gave me a QVC credit . Will Calphon do that? I should say not - just threw away 2 very expensive pans because Calphon would not honor their warranty.

Great Little Skillet
Love this skillet. Cooks evenly. Bottom is flat against cook surface. Non stick feature works very well.

Great pan
This pan is great! The handles stay cool, the non stick is awesome! So very easy to clean up. I like the weight, not too heavy and not too light. The only complaint I have is I would have loved to have a lid.
