nice but..
I bought this in blue, it's very pretty BUT very heavy. That's the only thing that I didn't like about this baking dish.

Perfect
I am slowly buy gradually replacing my oven bakeware with this brand. I am purchasing the single items in red or blue. The bright colors blend perfectly with each other. My main like is --- the handles. It is so nice to have something to hold onto when you are taking a hot dish out of the oven.

Love It
I absolutely love your line of ceramic bakeware! I would like to make one suggestion, could you please glaze the bottom of the bakers! I just received my new set that was your most recent todays special value and I love it and cant wait to get more pieces but I would love to see the bottoms glazed like the dish! Thanks

My kind of dish---handles!!
I am sold on this dish. I used it for making candy for Christmas and enjoyed the handles and the size and convenience of the stoneware. It is not too heavy to pick up and is just right for anyone to bake and make their favorites with a Grand daugher who loves to cook also! The handles are great! I definately will purchase more Racheael Ray bakeware.

LOVE!
I have had both this 2 qt as well as the lasagna pan for several months now and they are THE BEST!
Not only is clean-up a breeze, but the handles are fabulous. I am 55 years old and have neuropathy and arthritis my right arm, and arthritis in my left hand. Becase of the over-sized handles, I can easily lift these dishes in and out of the oven without having to call to my husband for help.
I just ordered the 4.25 qt covered casserole and am looking forward to using that well into the future.

A cleaning nightmare
I used this dish for the first time yesterday to roast a guinea hen. The cooking went well but the cleanup didn't. After a night of soaking and an hour of scrubbing I still have black streaks and spots that I can't remove, and the white bottom is especially gruesome. I will not bake in this dish again.

Sides are too shallow
I have two of these bakers and I have found that the sides are lower than the bottom of the handle opening. The amount you can put in these pans is, thus, deceiving. I made a double batch of macaroni & cheese (using only a 1lb box of macaroni) and I had to use two pans because it started to spill over the sides.
They bake and clean-up nicely. The shape is just not ideal.

FIRST PEICE OF RACHEL RAY
I received my dish in time for Easter. Was very disappointed that it was NOT large enough to hold a 8lb roasting chicken. Love the appearance and handles on the sides. Very nice looking piece

Green is GOOD
This was my first Bubble & Brown purchase. I was scared when I checked the roast in the oven, the bakeware turned a very "icky" color of green--but luckily it turns back when cooler. Clean up went well and I LOOOOOOVE the handles! I think I expected it to be much more GLOSSY and "knockout" --perhaps it is just too contemporary for my tastes?? So I gave it four stars, it works well, no sticking.

So contemporary!
I love the design of Rachael's Bubble & Brown pieces... they are so contemporary and fit beautifully in my decor. And I LOVE the handles!!! If I had one complaint, it would be that the colors (I ordered the blue and purple) aren't as vivid/bright in real life as they look on TV, but I still really like them.

Excellent Product
I love my new stoneware. The open handles on the sides makes it so easy to pull it out of the oven to the table. Nothing sticks and it was a breeze to wash. I am going to buy more of this stoneware. Great design.

looks nice ... but
I used this stoneware today to roast some potaoes and turnips. They cooked fine but the cleanup was a nightmare. I scrubbed forever and when I thought I was done there was still a grimy film that took more scrubbing. I know it was only about $20. You get what you pay for.
This gift would be perfect for someone you don't like.
