I love my new kitchen knife. I've had this on my wish list for a few months...and finally decided to buy it. I love the weight & how it feels on my hand. I always love good kitchen tools for my kitchen. It helps food preps and cooking more fun. I have a lot of kitchen tools from QVC. My daughters have their friends over and some times decide to bake. Their friends always admire the nice kitchen tools we have and wish their mom would buy it too.

Big Knife
This is a good knife stays sharp with the sheath. Only complaint is that it is a very heavy knife.

Dull after a 3 months
My knife is just Dull after only having it for 3 months I pull it out of the sheath and it still is not sharpen, I got one and my mom got one and we couldn't wait too get it and her's is doing the same thing. I believe am going have too send this back.. My mom said she thinks we got ones that someone else has used and returned and now we have them.. Real bummer because I love everything Rachael makes. so disappointed

So easy to use
I am not a very experienced chef. With my old knives I was having a really hard time getting the hang of prep work. It was the hardest part of cooking for me! But with this knife it's so much easier. It is SO easy to use and natural-feeling; it has a great design. Chopping is a lot easier and I don't dread prep anymore! I would definitely recommend this for other beginners or just anyone who wants a knife that's very easy to handle. Love the built-in sharpener too!

It works great. Even my Mom would be proud of my new chopping skills, she also thought I left items to big.

Excellant Knife
Bought this knife for my wife for Christmas. Only problem is that now I do all the prep because I love the knife!! It has a great feel and is weighty enough while not cumbersom. I love the sharpener inside the sheath.
I don't have any complaints and just one comment. I wish the base was a little heavier. Other than that, ANOTHER great product from Rachael!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, who is very hard to buy for. He absolutely loved this gift especially the knife sharpener that knife goes into. Rachael has created a "husband approved" knife.

Great Kitchen Tool
Purchased two in black - one to keep and one as a gift. The knife has great balance and I love using it. Super sharp - makes chopping/trimming a breeze. Excellent value for money.

Best knife ever
This is my new favorite knife. During Christmas I tried it for slicing, dicing, carving and chopping. Worked like a charm!! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone

Super Duper Perfect Knife!
Love this knife! not only does it look pretty, it is an EXCELLENT and I mean EXCELLENT knife! Very well made and makes my life in my kitchen so much easier and fun. Love using this knife when I have aot of chopping to do!

Gave as a gift and now want one for myself!
I purchased this knife in red as a gift for my sister. She has been raving about this knife! Said it is great for so many tasks in the kitchen, chopping, dicing, slicing and more. I am so happy that my sister loves the knife. I am probably going to purchase one for myself now. Love Rachael Ray her products rock!
