Awful Customer Service
One of the lids on this set broke almost immediately.I pursued a replacement part per my warranty.Lock & Lock sent a letter telling me the item is discontinued and I have to contact them before December 14th so they can send a replacement.They have not returned my phone calls.This should not be a big deal and they should not be giving me a deadline.I"m not happy with the way this is being handled.QVC should be handling this themselves since they're selling the product!

Love Lock and Locks but
I ordered 2 of these sets. I like them alot but like one of the other reviews, the seal around the lid doesnt dry out. Also after about 7 or 8 months the lid with the handle broke off a tab, then another and now it only has 2 on the tabs on the seal. Very disapointing. :(

Don't stay "locked"
The positive features are the nesting and the variety of convenient sizes. However, some of the lids don't fit properly and don't stay latched. I've never had that problem with the square or rectangular containers -- the difference is, I think, that these round bowls don't have "tabs" for the lids to attach to. These round lids just latch over the rolled edge of the bowls and it's just not as secure. I kept them but will be careful not to drop them, since I'm sure they'd pop open.

Love Lock & Lock
This was a perfect set. I love the various sizes - the large bowl to the very smallest one. I set the nestled bowls on top of the lids for storing. I also have several other Lock & Lock sets. I won't buy any other kind of storage.

1st time w/ Lock & Lock
I needed to upgrade my storage containers and wanted to see if this would live up to the hype. It has! I will be buying more! (My only regret is that I didn't get my color-but that is my fault for not ordering sooner in the show!)

lids not locking like they should be
I have many sets of lock and lock and never been unhappy with them until now. When this set arrived, I immediately needed to use them and noticed that they did not lock tightly like usual. I am concerned that they are changing something and that will not be good..the whole draw for these containers is how well they LOCK..I also noticed the same comments from other buyers about other lock and lock containers..I am sad..I will not spend my money on these if the locks are not up to standard..

VERY IMPRESSED
I always knew I liked these bowls, but never really knew how good they truly are. Two weeks ago, I cut up a head of lettuce and threw it in one of the bowls. Cleaning out the fridge, I opened the bowl to throw out that lettuce. After all, it's been two weeks, it's got to be brown and wilted. WRONG. It was just as crisp and green as it was when I put it in the bowl 2 weeks ago. Know what I had for dinner tonight ?! Definitely recommend these bowls !!

Great for small storage spaces
Our daughter-in-law, after receiving hers, emailed to thank us and said even the children enjoyed taking the bowls out one by one as they fit inside of one another!! She also said they will be a welcomed addition to her "kitchen" in their RV! And, she is so happy to know that they are safe plastic and do not contain harmful chemicals.

Love it - Love it - Love it
Lock & Lock is awesome!! Its a household word with my family. Better than any other storage container. I would purchase much more if shipping wasn't so much.

Love Lock & Lock
There is nothing better than lock & lock. The nesting feature is wonderful. I have thrown out all my other storage containers and have nothing else in my cupboards. I would give 10 stars if I could.
