I like the bowl; even though I do not own a mixer yet. I used it for Thanksgiving baking and loved it. It is heavy and durable. Looking at buying a mixer now.

QVC is the best!
I purchased this bowl almost a year ago,and I adore it. Last week while cleaning my mixer the bowl broke:( I was so upset that I rushed to the computer to see if they were still available....I then noticed the 1 year warranty,so I called QVC to see how I go about the process. The customer service lady was so nice ..she said no need they would send me out a replacement immediately just throw the broken one in the trash:0 I was so impressed and happy,my bowl came today and I am again a happy baker. Thanks QVC!

Love this bowl!
I bought this because I wanted an extra mixing bowl for my kitchen aid and I haven't gone back the stainless steel bowl since!

I asked for this for Christmas
I had a Kitchenaid mixer with a glass bowl for over 25 yrs. Loved it! About 13 yrs. ago I gave that mixer to my daughter & bought myself a new Kitchenaid. The new mixer came with only a stainless steel bowl & for some reason the beaters do not reach the outer edge of the bowl as well as my "old" mixer with the glass bowl. Now I have this new glass bowl & I'm very happy with the results.
Just one small concern about the heavy weight of the glass bowl but otherwise it's perfect.

Wonderful gift!
I love this bowl--the facts that it is glass and that it has a lid. I ended up giving it to a BFF when she wanted it so much. So now......it is on my Mother's Day wish list--- for me!

I am so very happy to see that QVC has the glass bowl for the kitchenaid 5qt. stand mixer. I was going to order it from Kitchenaid but it is much more expensive. Just happened to see this and ordered it right away. And I love that it comes with a lid.

I love this glass mixing bowl!
I used the bowl as soon as it arrived to mix up a cake for my daughter's birthday. I had seen the glass bowl used on many cooking shows and realized that it would be much easier to see the batter and to scrape the sides with a spatula when you can see in from the side.Now I don't have to peer down into a solid bowl to see what is happening.
This is wonderful, I would highly recommend it.

Nice Purchase
I was hesitant to purchase because of the price. However, I was thrilled when I received the glass bowl and solely use it with my Mixer. I love its capacity and its looks. It's easy to clean, too. I'm happy I made this purchase as I love to bake from scratch and for some reason, this bowl just makes me feel special when I'm in the kitchen using it.

Outstanding again!
Kitchen Aid did it again! Love this bowl Not heavy at all, and it's great to have a 2nd bowl available to use. Would definately recommend it - well worth the money!

Just what I wanted
I received my bowl a few days ago and I have already used it several times. It allows me to see if my ingredients are mixed well and i can measure ingredients in it. I have been wanting this bowl ever since I purchased the mixer. I'm delighted with the purchase and I will get a lot of use out of it. This would make a great gift for anyone who cooks and/or bakes.

Like having a new mixer!
My KitchenAid mixer is over 30 years old, a basic, Classic model with a 4.5 qt. stainless bowl. I had thought about getting a new mixer only because I wanted more capacity. This makes all the difference! I love it. No more overflow with cookies and cakes.
I also received the paddle blade with the scraper attachment and that made it even better.
I highly recommend this if you have a small bowl on your tilt head mixer.
