Love this Cocoa!!
I received my order this afternoon and immediately had to make a cup. It is by far the best Cocoa....I can't wait for my granddaughters' to come over and taste it. If you buy this one you will not regret it.

Make it yummy!
I put one or two packages of Splenda in the bottom of the cup and wow... does that make a huge difference!!! Hurray

JUST SO SO CHOCOLATE
HI,
THE MILK CHOCOLATE IS O.K. I HAD TO ADD A MARSHMALLOW TO HELP THE TASTE THOUGH. I LIKE THE CHOCOLATE IN THE PACKETS BETTER. I CAN'T STAND DARK CHOCOLATE SO I WON'T BE ABLE TO TELL YOU HOW THAT TASTE. THE CHOCOLATE DOES COME OUT VERY VERY HOT!!! SO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR FIRST SIP. I STILL RECOMMEND IT IF YOUR ARE A LOVER OF MILK CHOCOLATE LIKE MYSELF.

Terrible
This hot chocolate is truly awful. This was the first thing I brewed in my new Keurig, and I actually thought that something was wrong with my brewer because I tasted what I described as "chemicals." I played around with the machine, running water through it and following the instructions to descale it. After that didn't work, I tried switching from these K Cups to some Donut Shop ones, and they tasted fine. I tried the hot chocolate again, and the "chemicals" were back. Now that I know it's the K Cup, not the brewer, I assume it's the artificial flavors that I am tasting. I cannot believe this product is still being sold. No amount of "shaking the K Cup" (which, by the way, I always do) can take away the artificial taste.

Terrible
Who's kidding who? These are watery and not a nice rich hot chocolate. Yes, I shook the K-cups first. Made no difference. And, I don't see why we should have to add half and half to make it creamy. Poor product. I'm returning.

Delicious
Best tasting chocolate. It was super yummy. You can drink it anytime and it still taste great. You have to give it a try. I think it's wonderful.

This is Great
I was kidded about buying another Keurig machine because, I'm not really not a coffee drinker. But this makes a cup of coffee is so nice and easy I'm drinking a cup all the time now.

BEST CHOCOLATE TASTE
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COCOA. THE TASTE IS GREAT. SOME PEOPLE HAVE SAID IT DOES NOT TASTE GOOD. I MEAN "ARE YOU KIDDING ME" IT IS A WONDERFUL CHOCOLATE TASTE. YOU HAVE TO SHAKE THE COCOA K-CUPS FIRST BEFORE INSERTING INTO COFFEE MAKER. AND I DID ADD A LITTLE HALF AND HALF TO CUP BEFORE BREWING . IT MAKES IT REAL CREAMY. HAVE TO GO NOW AND MAKE MYSELF ANOTHER CUP. YUM, YUM. BUT I ALSO AT TIMES DID NOT ADD THE HALF AND HALF OR SHAKE THE K-CUP AND IT STILL TASTED GOOD. DO NOT HESITATE ON THIS ONE.

Shake your K-Cup*
I was with the others, was watery & not near as good as the milk chocolate, then I read the reviews that said to shake the K-cup well before brewing, I did that & it was " So Much Better", then I added some half & half little cups, & a little powdered creamer, SO GOOD, SO MUCH BETTER than just popping the k-cup in & brewing. They should put this in bold letters on the dark chocolate k-cup box, one person said it was in small letters on the box, but I looked the box over & could not see where it said to shake; but remember SHAKE IT WELL!!!

Great chocolate flavor
Great taste. Instead of half and half I put a handful of marshmellows in the cup first before the brewing starts.

Watery - Try Swiss Miss hot chocolate K-cups
Agree with the other posters, these are watery. The K-cups made by Swiss Miss are MUCH better!!!
