Ninja 3-in-1 Kitchen System Pro
Purchased this item and now find that....if a small piece breaks you have to purchase an entire replacement bowl. Didn't realize there are plastic parts that break easily. Although it is a piece that would / could easily be replaced / repaired....had to call Ninja Customer Service for assistance and found I would have to spend close to $50 to replace entire small bowl just because of a part that obviously was faulty in the first place. I would advise you to review ALL aspects of this before spending these big bucks.
Important addition to any kitchen
I want to highly recommend the Ninja blending products. I had researched the more expensive whole food blending machines and decided to buy this one. I am using it just about every day. It has far surpassed every test I have put it to and blends everything with ease. It is not obnoxiously loud like the Health Master is. I love how the blades remove easily from the center to clean the pitchers without fear of being cut by the old style blades. And the fact that there is a column of blades makes the foods process quickly to liquification. It is an amazing machine. You will find yourself using all of the accessories in the Kitchen System Pro. It was an investment I am glad I made!
Works as advertised! Love it!!!!
I have had almost every Ninja product available over the years and love every one. I also have the multi-cooker and use it almost every day. As a new product came out, one or another lucky friends or family received my previous chopper/blender when I got the newer in the line. This one is a keeper...sorry. :-)
I purchased this product about a year ago and it does exactly what it advertises it will do. I personally like the fact that I can remove blades to clean them. I have a Blendtec also and ground my chicken for burgers in that, not thinking that I could not get under the chopper bar on the bottom, so I worry about bacteria collecting there. I really like the Blendtec but I LOVE my Nnija.
I have used my 3-in-1 many times, mostly for smoothies but also for making cookies, my sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, grinding meat for burgers or spaghetti, tuna salad, veggie salads, chopping nuts, chopping vegetables, etc.. I also purchased the separate unit attachment for slicing, shredding, etc. and that works wonderfully. It was just a little trying to get it on the Ninja the first time. That took me several minutes to get it so it would allow the blender to come on. Now it works like a charm.
The 72 oz pitcher will emulsify most fruits and vegetables but not spinach, carrots, etc. So, (as I read from another reviewer when I first purchased mine), I do a large batch in my 72 oz pitcher and pour the smoothie contents into the single serve cup and run it to desired consistency and I am very satisfied.
If you give it a chance and be patient with it, you won't be sorry. It does mix, blend, puree, chop, etc. as it claims. There is a very slight learning curve (if you can call it that) to find out how it works best for you but it does work.
I have had this product for about 3 weeks now and I have used it basically everyday since I got it. I have not used any of the processor attachments. I have however used the 72 oz pitcher and single serve cups and all I can say is that I do not know how I lived without the Ninja. The single serve option will blow away anyone who has the nutribullet. Do your research, I have read several reviews on this product from several different websites and I can put most negative reviews on people not knowing how to use the product. Some of them are just personal preference which in my book does not call for a negative review especially if the product does what it says it will do. I firmly believe that after you research the product you will make the purchase.
I purchased this appliance to make the juicing drink I have seen in the DVD "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead"... I love this machine. It works great... I love make fruity drinks in the morning. Can't wait to try the processor to grind my own chicken... This is a great product... You won't be sorry. Looking to buy the Ninja Storm for my Mother for Christmas... Enjoy.
Smoothies look else where
I got this thinking it would work better for my veg/fruit smoothies than my current 80 Dollar nutribulllent. Well I was wrong! Left lots of big pieces of kale and spinach. Gross! Returned the next day. I'll keep the 80 one!
The 1500 - Best Ninja So Far
This is the closest you will come to the Vitamix, my family and I believe, for a lesser cost. Not perfect, but certainly makes veggie smoothies that are smooth enough to drink nicely in the morn. Pulverizes the ingredients! The motor is 1500w and 2 horsepower .... stronger than any other unit I looked at before you get up into the Vitamix realm. We have used it for over a month - every day - no problems so far. Just saying -- try it out if you aren't ready to part with over $300 ...
We were looking for a machine that would double as a blender and a food processor, which this one said it would do well. Actually though, it's merely OK.
As a blender--you can do things like drop in a whole apple and it will chop it up but for SMOOTH smoothies, not this machine.
As far as a food processor, it's missing one important component, a chute to feed
items in as the machine is processing.
It does come with LOTS of other 'cool' parts and pieces for which they should have included a container for housing when not in use.
It's on its way back. We'll keep looking.
Just what I wanted
I own this machine for a while now, and I use it every day. I ordered some additional attachments from Ninja, therefore I was able to get rid of all other machines in my kitchen. Perfect!
