doesn't work so well
Purchased this item a few month ago and started out working perfectly...Used this item for my morning smoothies but does not work anymore.......it worked so well in the beginning, now I have to look and purchased another hand blender with more power...wish I could give it back to QVC

it doesn't turn on sometimes. It makes a huge mess! I wish I could return it!!!!

RETURNING THE SECOND TIME
The first one arrived and never worked (even though it was fully charged). So I gave it a second chance and returned it for an exchange. I used this ONCE to make mashed potatoes and to my disappointment, when I went to use it for the SECOND time, the blade had fallen off. To add insult to injury, the bolt apparently fell in my garbage disposal, and now we do not know if we'll need to substitute the garbage disposal!!!! I am sending this back and am not willing to keep trying this brand... Not only I am frustrated, but now will have to face the expense of the garbage disposal... Not good.

There is a reason this is on clearance!
I bought it quite some time ago; plugged it in to charge. More than 30 days went by before I needed to use it. Never dreamed it wouldn't work! It didn't. I tossed it. Don't waste your money.

too clunky
It is hard to hold down the on button and use, heavy and being short I have to do blending in sink. Several times have almost dropped from it being hard and heav to handle. Like drop on charger and snap on tools are easy. But I was truely disappointed. Not a great buy. Most everything I buy from QVC I love, just not this.

Small footprint, big impact
This is the second one I've bought. My grandson needed one for his protein drinks. Always ready, always works.

Powerful Hand Mixer
I have had a number of handheld wand mixers. This one is more powerful than I could have ever expected and I really like it.
It is a bit heavy and the two-button control something you have to get used to. The weight is no doubt because rechargable batteries are heavy and the motor in this unit is quite powerful. The two-button control is a good safety feature and keeps the mixer from unintentionally starting when it is set down.
Overall, this mixer was exactly what I had been looking for. It doesn't take up much room, it's always at the ready and it really gets the job done. I have three choices in my kitchen -- a mixing wand, a regular corded mixer and a Kitchen Aid Pro 600. Since I got this wand mixer, I've been thinking of giving away my corded mixer because I find that the wand has pretty much replaced it. This wand is so powerful that if it can't handle the job, it probably needs to go in the Kitchen Aid anyway.

Great While It Lasted
This worked great. No problems with charging as others had. However, after just a few months of normal use in a two person household the blender attachment broke. If I still had packaging I'd love to send it back.

Anxioius to get this but.....
The thing is difficult to turn it on and then when I used it for the first time, the whisk falls out and continues to do so.

I bought one and returned it....it wouldnt charge. The replacement would not charge as well. dont buy it

Not impressed
This product is too cumbersome. It is definitely too heavy and cheaply made.

Disappointed
I get tired of mixing instant teas, etc. Purchased this product and after a full day charge it would only last about one minute and then completely stop and go dead (tried this several times). The button to turn on worked against the idea of a portable hand held mixer, because it was two difficult to hold both buttons while trying to mix. Unfortunately I threw the receipt away, otherwise I would have sent it back. Do they product test random units for consistency?
