Platters These platters are long but skinny in width. I was expecting them to be more oval in shape. Although they are said to go from "oven to freezer to microwave to dish washer," their sizes would preclude them from fitting in most freezers and definitely most microwaves. I have used the smaller one and it held the fried chicken I made but still, they are an unusual shapes. They do seem sturdy and not easily scratched or nicked. I will use them when I serve dishes for a group of 6 or more. 10-21-12
