K298655 - Paula Deen Collection Butter 15-pc set My son bought this set for me as a gift and this is my 1st experience with anything Paula Deen. The color is very pretty with the speckles, Very nice quality. I did use the set for a couple of months before leaving feedback. I don’t use metal or wood utensils while cooking; I use silicone utensils. Also, I choose to hand-wash my cookware. No non-stick spray needed. Cooks evenly, very nice quality, deep pans, well balanced, good weight, heat distributes evenly and no bowing on bottom of pans, yay! I have a flat top, so I am happy the pans haven't bowed. The 1st couple of times you cook watch your food, the pans from my experience heat-up faster than my old cookware. I would highly suggest reading the instructions for proper use & care (helpful info) and the set will last. Use low to med heat for best results. On the inside of use & care instructions, there are 3 Paula Deen recipes. 08-22-12
