If it jumps there is an easy solution Juice is awesome and having the Big mouth makes it easy. You may need to find a permanent home location because of the weight so you are not moving it but my aunt had a perfect solution for the jumping and it was so simple. I was having the same problem. Place a damp cloth under the machine. It does 2 things. It stops the jumping giving it a cushion and also makes it quieter and it helps to make clean up easier. 03-07-13

Sitting Under Counter The problem I had with this juicer is it was hard to operate ..It is heavy and you have to hold it ..Or it will jump across your counter..And you have to force the food in and push it down with the applicator. 01-29-13
