not great
This is one product that I do not like. The basket is not deep enough and the pitcher is too small. I paid less for one somewhere other than QVC and it is larger and works much better. Sorry, just not for me.

In Red
I've waited a long time to get my tea maker. I wanted it to do certain things and wouldn't get one until I found the one I thought would do a nice job. Turns out this one is it. I think it's attractive. It is substantial. It makes great tea. I especially like the feature of adding the sweetener in the tea as it brews. I had no trouble at all. The sugar mixed right in and left none in the basket. The strength of the tea was perfect. We like it pretty strong. First pitcher was great and each after. Thanks for the price too. Made it even sweeter!

Makes great tea.
Makes really good tea and the strength can be changed to suit each person. I find that I don't need to waste tea bags, as it only takes one , to make a whole pitcher. That saves money.

Christmas present
I got this iced tea maker for Christmas. It is a great gift. I have had iced tea everyday since Christmas. I highly recommend this product. It is very easy to use.

Deceiving colors
I love the iced tea maker. It makes perfect tea, but I searched long and hard for a tea maker that would look good with my kitchen colors because it sits on the counter. I was replacing another brand yellow tea maker, but in searching found their new ones were all blue and would not work in my kitchen. I was so happy when I found this one in red and yellow. When the red one came the red was so subtle it looked like dark pink to me and looked awful next to my red appliances. I sent it back for the yellow one knowing it might not be as bright as the picture, which it wasn't. It is a much more subtle yellow but will look ok.

LOVE IT!
I just love my ice tea maker. It makes great tea and is so easy to use. I bought it in the green and it is such a pretty color it looks gorgeous in my kitchen. I keep it right on top of the counter as I use it often. Great job Chris!

Loved This
My mother loved the tea I made with this. I would suggest for loose tea to put slighter more than recommended. And I wet the sweetener valve before I put sugar or truvia in it.

Excellent
I just received my ice tea maker and love it. It looks great and makes excellent ice tea. I don't use sugar so I don't know if there is a clumping problem like someone stated.

Excellent for the Price
Was a little skeptical as the plastic materials seem cheap but have had excellent results from product. Yes the pitcher could be designed a little better and there is some dripping when you remove all parts to clean but these are minor issues. The final tea product is excellent and I like the strength adjustability factor.

LOVE this thing!
Have had this for a year now and just ordered one for my son and his fiancee for a shower gift. It makes great iced tea and I love using the concentrate lemonade and mixing it in the pitcher with the iced tea. I don't know why anyone is having a problem with dripping down the pitcher. I don't have a problem with that. It's cheaper now than when I bought it last year but well worth it. I leave it out on the counter year round.

Love this product but,,,,
I got this two months ago as my husband and I drink alot of Iced tea the only problem I have is when you pour it always spills down the side the other thing is when I was shopping at Target I found the same machine for alot less $$$ and no shipping .
