We love ours!
We got this set over a year ago as a house warming gift from my parents who already had theirs. We love how handy they are. So easy to clean. We loved ours so much we just gave a friend the set for their wedding. Perfect for yourself and to give as gifts.

Pretty but not quality I thought would be there
I purchased the Temp-tations 16 piece set The first time I used it, when cleaning it, I noticed crazing throughout the piece. I don't know if this will continue getting worse through use. It makes the piece look as though it has been used for many years. I called Temp-tations and they are going to send me replacement pieces when they come off back order. The pieces are pretty and I like the serving trays. I got the confetti. I also have been waiting for the 9" pie plates that match this set. They are also on wait list. I could have done without the 4 small pieces. I had planned on getting rid of my plain coring baking dishes, but I will be keeping them now.

Cracked after a year
I loved this set. I took such good care of it. Today as I washed the biggest piece, I realized there were about 6 fractures/cracks. I could run my fingernail over them and feel them on both sides. I am so disappointed. I got this set as a Christmas gift in 2012 so its about a year and a half old. I really thought it would last longer. I won't be asking for a replacement and will go back to my Corelle Ware as it lasts forever. Really ruined my day!

Love this set
Had been at several friend's homes when they were using this set and was impressed with how versatile, attractive and practical. Have used already in just 1 week and very pleased I purchased them.

UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE
I have this set and have had it for maybe a couple of years and last night the lid cracked into 3 pieces when I pulled it out of the oven. I contacted QVC and they told me that Temptations was good about replacement. I called them and they made me look up the item number because when I told them what piece it was they acted as though they had no clue as to what item I was referring. I had to look up information for their Customer Service for their products - I mean Really!! To be expected it was out of warranty but free for basically a $10.00 shipping fee - I was so irritated at having to provide everything for them that I passed and may or may not order additional items. I have loved my temptations but will probably not order again after this experience - what if it was someone's Mom or Grandmother and didn't have access or know how to use a computer? This has left a very bad impression on me. Very frustrating experience!

Beware!
I have ordered a ton of the Temptations products, both for myself and my family members. I have been happy with the items, but now they are starting to crack. My 9x13 pan is showing cracks on the inside bottom and outside bottom. I have used them in the oven and in the dishwasher, but they have never been in the freezer. Not sure what is causing this, but now I am afraid of what the rest of these pieces are going to do! The worst part is that the one year warranty is now expired! Very disappointed to say the least! Buyer beware here!

Not a fan
I agree with the previous reviewer, everything sticks in this bakeware. It is also extremely heavy. Would not recommend at all.

Best Gift Ever
My Aunt bought this for me... as a single mom these come in so handy... the little ones are perfect for making personal sized dishes in the oven... my daughter and I like different seasonings in our food so we each make our own... easy to use... SUPER easy to clean... I want all the different sets now

NOT A TEMPTATIONS FAN!!!!
I HAVE THIS SET AND I HAVE YET TO COOK ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T STICK. EVERYTHING I HAVE COOKED IN TEMPTATIONS STICKS. NOT ONE PIECE CLEANS WITHOUT SOAKING. MY LARGE BAKING PAN CRACKED. I HAVE HAD IT TOO LONG TO SEND IT BACK.
I WILL NEVER BUY TEMPTATIONS AGAIN!!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I COULD BE DOING WRONG.

Very poor product
I received my first temp-tations product as a wedding gift and was thrilled on how durable and well it held up to daily use however since then I feel the product has dramatically gone downhill as well as the customer service. In February I purchased from QVC 2 Old World 16 piece oven to table set in both green and blue and upon the first use of the 2.5 quart server in blue it developed a crack through the left half of the dish. I first emailed temp-tations customer service with my issue and received correspondence 3 days later to call to file a warranty replacement. When I called I was advised for a cost of $9.95, they would replace my cracked baking dish however it was back ordered until July 2013. I eventually spoke to a supervisor who did waive the $9.95 shipping but waiting till July is practically unthinkable. I am glad that I will be receiving a replacement however over all I am very unhappy with the product and will no longer purchase from temp-tations. I have watched the product go from great to below par and will be switching to Rachael Ray products.

not the best
my husband bought this set for me about a year ago in cream. I wanted black or blue but was sold out. it did a great job of being non stick, however just today I was heating up some dinner on the cookie sheet and it cracked in the middle and broke. I liked the set up until it did that. need to do a better job on testing them.

Not reliable with exchanges
I love the look of this set and I wanted to update my serving and baking pieces. This set seemed to fit the bill. However, the large baking pan got a large crack in the bottom after the second use. I called the company and was assured I would get a replacement. Two months later I am still waiting. When I called a second time, I was told it would be a few more weeks because of popular demand there was no stock. Well I'm still waiting. I will be calling a third time. Customer service needs much improvement. They were rather short with me when I asked for the replacement in the first place. Please honor you warranty temptations!
