GREAT, GREAT PURCHASE!! THIS MAKES MY SECOND PURCHASE OF THIS PAN...SUPER ITEM! GREAT QUALITY, SIZE AND CONSTRUCTION AND I HAVE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS WITH LEAKS.....I LOVE THE RELEASE...TWO THINGS I REALLLLLY APPRECIATE: (1) CAN KEEP THE FRAME ON UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO SERVE YOUR BAKED GOOD ITEM THEN SIMPLY UNBUCKLE AND YOUR PRODUCT KEEPS ITS SHAPE AND (2) I LOVE THAT THE BASE DOUBLES AS A SERVER...THAT IS ONE LESS ITEM TO WASH! Nice Addition to My Cookware I received this pan, and I'm very impressed with the quality. I saw a similar one in a kitchen outlet store for less money, but I'm glad I purchased this one from QVC. It has no rough edges, and it is larger in width and depth. I look forward to using it! 02-17-12

Great concept, good quality but bottom leaks Received this last night and made 1 box of brownies. Noticed a few of the pan's edges were rough to touch on top & bottom but just thought it was cosmetic. Halfway through the baking process I smelt burnt chocolate and opened the oven to see brownie mix had leaked slightly on all sides from the bottom of the springform pan. One side more than the others and over the bottom pan onto the bottom of the oven. Waited 20 minutes for pan to cool before I released the springform pan. Loved the way the brownie looked without the pan it was nice to slice and serve like a cake. Edges baked very hard to the point it was not chewy. Not sure if I need to adjust bake time. Called customer service and they told me to send back the defective pan and are sending a replacement. Hope the new pan will work out. 02-15-12
