LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT
Before buying I went and read the customer reviews and even though there were very few bad reviews I was slightly unsure if I should purchase this or not. I saw it on TV, but let's face it, not everything works as great as it does on TV. Well, I decided to buy it and I was like a kid with a new toy when it arrived! It is amazing and I keep looking for things to open! Very first time using it, can opened with no problems at all. Highly recommend!

Love this item
I bought this item months ago. Love the red color that I bought.
It was a bit discovery to find out how to use it first, but after knowing how, it's a snap to use it every single time. Love that fact that the edges are not sharp and won't harm ppl.
Just wish it can be a bit cheaper though.
I am giving it a 4 starts due to the price.

defective
very disappointed, mine was defective, I do not always write about defective products...however, I see that I was not the only one with this issue...very disappointing..I think that if you get shipped a defective product, that you should get shipped another one in perfect condition for free to replace it!!

Best Ever!
This is the easiest can opener I have ever used. It beats electric can openers by a MILE! I have arthritis and this is so easy to use. You don't have to line it up on the edge of the can or anything. I love it and recommend it to everyone!!! GREAT PRODUCT!!!

One Year Review
I bought the same product about a year ago when it was two separate kitchen gadgets. Now it is combined into one gadget. After one year of use, this is not working well at all. I have all kinds of trouble opening cans and then the grippers on the side that remove the lid do not tighten enough to actually remove the lid from the can and I have to grab several times before I can get it off. This item lost its usefulness after only one year of use.
Not an inexpensive item when you tack on the shipping charges and tax. I won't buy another one.

Great Product
Got this because the can opener my boyfriend had at his place hurt my hand every time I used it. He thought I was crazy for buying a $20 can opener until he used it for the first time! It makes opening a can very easy.

Awesome Find
I absolutely LOVE this item. I bought one for my son and my granddaughter used for a school assignment to make a pencil can. This can opener gave her a can that was super safe - no rough edges to get cut on! Wouldn't use anything else after using this one. Have many on backorder so I can give as gifts to everyone I know! So safe, clean, easy to use. The BEST can opener I have ever used! Love Kuhn Rikon!!! GREAT GIFT for EVERYONE!!!

looked easier than it is
I bought this for my mother who has arthritis & myself because it looked so easy. But sadly I was mistaken. We both kept trying and now it's past my 30 days and can't send it back. going back to my old one.

I read the reviews, all good. Something must be wrong with me, because I monkeyed around for days with this and never could get the can opener part to work. Finally gave up and am returning. Had two other friends that could not figure out how to use this opener.Whats' up with that???? Glad ebryone else loves it.
