coating comes off I love my kitchen aide mixer but the coating is coming off the dough hook after only 5 months of twice a week use. I used it as directed and washed it by hand. I bought the mixer especially to make bread and now can't use it for that until I buy a new hook. I wish it came without the coating because I'm afraid I will go through this same thing again with a new hook. 08-23-11
