Stopped working
I was so excited to get this juicer after I read all the great reviews. I used it probably 4 times and it completely stopped working. I read all the instructions, cut all veggies and fruits, no seeds ever used and almost peeled everything I juiced. I was very disappointed it stopped working and had to return it. QVC issued a refund quickly and that process went smoothly. I really think the juicer I received in the mail was one someone used prior to me, damaged it and returned it. The black piece almost looked like it was possibly washed. Either way, I'm disappointed the product did not work while it was practically still new.

HAPPY JUICING!
This little machine is the best appliance out there. We are having so much fun with it and helping our health to boot. We've had this for a month and we have juice at least twice a day. We have more energy and less aches and pains and a bonus of losing some weight also. It sits right next to our sink all the time and is so easy to clean. We juice enough for 2-3 days since it's a slow masticating juicer you can do that. I can't say enough about it. I did purchase The Juicing Bible and that is fun to go through and pick out some new recipes. We are using vegies we haven't tried before and they are really good. It's is also very relaxing cutting up all those fruits and vegies. If you're not sure whether to purchase this juicer, what have you got to lose. Try it for the 30 days, you won't be disappointed!

Love This Juicer
I did alot of research before buying this juicer. I own the Breville Juicer,but sometimes that one is so fast that it throws away alot of juice. This juicer is the best! Overall, it actually JUICES everything. It leaves nothing behind except for the dry stuff. It really squeezes every ounce of juice out of the veggies and fruits. I was amazed. It is really saving us a ton of money because we don't need to buy cartons and cartons of produce to get our juice now. If you want pure juice without having to spend a fortune on produce, then this is the juicer for you. Easy to clean up, easy to put together. Well worth every penny.

Juicing away
I can't believe that I spent so much money on a centrifugal juicer. This Vert HD 350 is just fantastic. I looked up a video of how to use online because there is basically no instrucion in the box, other than a description of the parts. I watched the video and began,
The pulp is as dry as can be, and a good thing to do is add some spices and salt and make crackers from that pulp. The juice still has some foam. It is not without foam, which was a little disappointing because some of the reviews here read without foam. But the quality of the juice is so much and so much more abundant and tastier than with the centrifugal juicer that I can accept it.
I love this product, I love the warantee of 10 years, I love that you can save juice overnight because I don't have too much time in the morning, but even so. It cleans up so easily. I highly recommend this. I haven't had any problems at all with anything getting stuck, and I have used both celery and ginger, no problems. Even soft fruits such as organges, that machine can tackle anything.
Very Happy and happy to have been able to get on value pays. I wouldn't have been able to have bought it otherwise. Next I hope they put the dehydrators on value pay.

Worth every cent!
I started with a 99.00 Jack LaLane juicer from Target, loved it. Then got more into juicing so I wanted an upgrade so went to a Cuisinart and loved that too. But as I have learned more about juicing I learned that to really get the whole nutrition from veggies and fruits a masticating juicer was the top notch level. I LOVE THIS JUICER! It is quiet, faster then expected and very simple to clean and operate. LOVE love love

AMAZED!!!!
This juicer is amazing!!! I was using my Vitamix and straining through a milk bag which took a lot of time. I cannot believe how easy this is and how quiet it is. If you are hesitant, give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Why no video?
I'm annoyed with QVC that there is no video for this incredibly wonderful machine! I got one for Christmas to replace an old centrifugal unit I've had for 20 years and which is no longer made. I can't get enough of this wonderful machine. SO QUIET! So easy to clean - nice dry pulp comes out. Juices everything so effectively and quickly. Extremely impressive. We use it every day! I'm extremely pleased with the purchase. I read about it on the internet which is a good thing since no real instructions came with the unit - except how to put together and take apart for cleaning. So good thing I know all the basics of juicing already. I like Jay Kordich's long-out book on juicing but there are plenty of other ones. Good idea to learn on your own what TO and what NOT to combine. What skins to peel or leave on and stuff about pits. But as to operation in use - this machine is stellar.

Quiet and easy to use ! Juicers have advanced
Very quiet. was easy to set up and clean with the brush. I am trying the high pulp filter and the low pulp to see which is my style. I am not sure its worth almost $400, but i like to have nice gadgets for the kitchen stuff i like to accomplish. Its a quick and easy way to juice. In two minutes i juiced a cucumber, two apples and carrots.
Very modern state of the art compared to juicers of the past years. You will enjoy and explore with this juicer.

I LUV this juicer
The Omega VRT is my Christmas present to myself, and I am so glad I decided to get it. This juicer is soooo easy to use, and clean, it's almost to good to be true. I can't wait to start my juice fast. I have to do a little more prep and cutting of the veggies,but I don't mind one bit. The juice this makes is AWESOME!! Much better than my Breville juicer!! Thanks QVC for the easy pays, Santa needs all the help she can get!!

I love, love, love this juicer!!!
I have had this juicer since spring of this year. I have juiced beets, carrots, apples, pears, kale, collards, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, parsley, cilantro, ginger, and lemon. It is user friendly and very easy to clean.
I have picked up a few pointers since welcoming this fabulous product into my home.
1) Juice your greens with apples if you are not used to the earthy flavor or bitterness of greens that you experiment with.
2) Place a nut milk bag over the container that receives the juice to catch the foam.. Or use a fine mesh strainer when transferring juice to your drinking containers.
3) Roll up the leafy greens and cut them into ribbons before juicing.
4) Cut the celery into about 1 to 1.5 inch pieces or the strings get caught and cause the juicer to get stuck.
Note that all juicers will have an area they excel in and an area they need help in. Do your home work so you know what to expect with each brand and know what your deal breakers are.
I would definitely repurchase this product if I were ever to wear this one out.
I would also recommend this juicer to any first time juicer owners out there.

love it!!
I luuuvvv!! this juicer. No problems, exactly as described. Yes, a little more pulp, but all the verticle slow juicers do that to my knowledge, and it is really not all that much. I just put a bit of cheesecloth over my container, or a strainer, and the juice goes right through, pulp free. Love my carrot juice!

Loving this juicer sooooooooo much!
Received it last week and can't stop adding any fruit and vegetable I pick up now.
Feeling a little disappointed because I've abandoned my Breville but on the weekends I do take what little juice I have left and transform to smoothies by adding bananas,berries and ice to my Ninja food processor.
