Love this Roaster! Received this a week ago to cook our Easter Ham. Everything was right on. I cooked a 13 lb ham with plenty of room. The only thing ---I went by the Nesco instructions for weight and time. But it was ready a lot sooner than I thought. The time was about 2/3's what the booklet said. And definatley a lot faster than a regular oven. But- clean up was a breeze, and it left my oven open for other things like casseroles and biscuits. Always wanted a kitchen with 2 ovens- now I have one! 04-09-12
