Did my research... I wanted to be able to "froth" like my son an "x"-barista from $tarbucks... I purchased a pricey espresso machine that I really like but do not care for the built in frother so much. THIS little frother does the job and IS one of the best 'small' appliance purchases I have made. You can use any type of milk.....even other than from a cow to include soy and almond. The special 'blends' of coffee creamers...the flavored ones, froth up very nicely also. I sometimes add my own flavoring of choice. One suggestion to the buyer....be SURE to wash the milk container (or at least put water in it in the sink to soak) asap as the milk/cream that is left clings to the sides and will be a little hard to remove otherwise. 10-05-12
Use it every day and love it! I purchased my milk frother about 6 months ago elsewhere, and my husband and I use it every day and love it! He uses the warming disk as he likes his coffee milky but piping hot. I make my coffee with my keurig, and frothy milk in the Capresso. The milk will be hot and super frothy in the time the keurig takes to brew, and somehow the froth stays frothy to the last drop. I especially love the fact that I can put the jug in th dishwasher, and that the spare disks store neatly under the base of the unit. If you like cappuccino and don't like to pay coffee house prices, then buy this!! 02-08-12
