Perfect size This is the first time I'm using my new pot. I have been drooling over this pot for a long, long time and so far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size for my chicken and dumplings I'm cooking right now. It matches my other technique cookware I have. I love how I can use metal utensils it in, nothing sticks, and easy clean up. 10-18-12

EXCELLENT POT This is an excellent soup/stew pot. It cooks evenly, simmers perfectly, and works wonderfully for pasta and sauces. Anything that required a big pot, this is the one to use. Love the quality and it cleans very easily. I also use the Technique Stainless Steel 9.0" Round Mesh Basket (K34005) to cook pasta and to deep fry in it. I also use the mesh basket for seafood. They are a great pair. Just love this pot - it's a real keeper !!!! 07-24-12

Perfect for big batches I make big pots of soups and stews. This is the perfect pot for that because of the size and the fact that it never burns the food. 01-09-12
